I chose to buy my golf equipment from the Superstore. Why? Firstly I got exceptional service from Al, fair price, but the additional customisation of my clubs were a game changer, it showed he understood my game, steered me into what worked for me. You know what I went back, bought some shoes and now a hybrid club… who said customer service was dead? Also who said customers are no longer loyal! Thanks Al and Golf Superstore, you will see me again, and my mates!

WOW!! First time in Dubai didnt think Id find a golf shop with such experience and knowledge! was amazing service. All staff were amazing but hats off to the manager. Was so helpful really helped me with my game.An Amazing shop, Manager, and on the whole an amazing place for everything golf. Definitely a 5 star rating! Would recommend to all. If its just for the mangers experience.

It’s impossible to enter this store without buying something

Cannot recommend this shop enough for your golfing needs in Dubai. Have been going to Al for the last year and a half and he has been nothing short of fantastic in assisting with my needs. He is a true gentleman and a credit to the shop.

I went to this store at the beginning of the year and was met by who I call “The incredible Al” who guided me through the store and with his immense knowledge of the sport, we were able to arrive at the best clubs for me. The fitting was properly done by Al with the aid of trackman. His customer service is out of this world. I felt calm, unrushed and unpressured as we tried various equipment. Long story short, I am now the net champion of Karen country club which Al promised I would be. We still keep in touch (talk about after sales service) and I visit the superstore every opportunity I can.Thank you Golf Superstore for giving me a significant boost in my game and especially Al for continued support.

Funny staff actually.... Went to buy a putter and also fit an existing one. Instead of selling a putter and fitting. The fitter started arguing and sent me to EGolf Megastore. Went to eGolf, got a free service for fitting and changing the grips and also bought a new scotty... 🤣🤣🤣

I visited Golfsuperstore to look for a new driver, the experience i had was great they had a trackman which i used to test a few drivers and tried different shafts to get the best driver for me.I walked out with a new Ping Driver and i will be going back to get fitted for some irons!

Pricey and limited choices of clothing line. Wish they have branches at the malls where it is much more accessible to shoppers.

Anyone interested in golf gear should definitely visit this store. Great service from the Irish manager Robbie McCarthy. Organised golf shirts with embroidery for a golf tournament at incredible prices and quick turn around time. Not a bad selection of womens clothing though good selection of clubs and bags.

Walked in, friendly floorstaff, but was eyeballed by the manager as soon as I walked in. Wanted to buy a driver so asked if I could test it, was allowed so proceeded. Then approached by the manager saying someone else was using it and I must wait. The person walked away so took a practice, then approached again by the manager saying it isnt a driving range for me to come and test a club I want to buy. Clearly one sale is more important than another. Terrible management. This is not the first time this has happened either.

During a visit in Dubai I wanted to buy a new set of iron. At Golf Superstore I was happy to see Al, one of the vendors. after trying few irons, I decided to come back after for more choices. When I came back 3 days after, I had a fantastique fitting expériences with Rob the shop manager. Instead of giving the irons I wanted to buy, he helped me understand how to sellect my irons with patience and clear explanations.We agrred on the iron set and after 4 days, my fitted irons were ready to fly...Highly recommended
