Absolutely pointless sales associate. Had no clue of voucher processing. Seriously man , close this store, sales team in Brooks Mall of Emirates are far more aware of their brand sponsors. Plus you dont have stock at all..AT ALL!! What a waste of a good brand.

Worst shop ever with completely non-competent and unhelpful staff.As the only official onitsuka tiger shop in uae they always have only small or huge sizes (7 and under or 11 and above) available, can’t/ don’t want to even order.For the past two years i always stop here at least once a month to check availability and i always get the same answer: We only have small sizes and we can’t order from warehouse because they don’t have either.Please close down the shop and spare us terrible experience. You obviously don’t have the slightest idea on how to run a good business with brand that should sell by itself!There is no direct contact, mail or anything to be found, staff also totally ignorant when asked how can i get in touch with office or warehouse directly...Spare yourself having bad day and avoid this shop from far!

Worst sales person i have ever seen. The lady was on phone throughout our time at the store and was not even cared to help us. Good collection of shoes but all sizes not there.
