Had a delightful experience at the store earlier this morning. Picked up a pair of the highly coveted AF1s, almost impossible to find in my size. Dharshini in particular was wonderful, holding my hand through a barrage of questions about several different product lines. She was patient, and everything she said had an inherent conviction about it, which really helped shape my new perspectives on a lot of matters pertaining to shoes. Highly recommend a visit to all!

I visited this store today, unfortunately this was my worst experience... one of the staff was super rude to me . i asked to try on two shoes and he told me: all of you women have this problems, you cant choose this was such a sexists comment. he brought both shoes 1 size bigger and insisted i should get the bigger size.

The shop is very big and full of wide collection but since they stopped Issad card I feel not good since I was a regular customer using Issad card

I finally found the vaporfly and was able to try it. It stands more than its reputation. The store is extremely impressive and I was lucky to visit. The only drawback, they do not have the Gait analysis machine. Other than that, the whole experience deserves the time.

It’s a avery big shop with variety of all sports clothings, but the very big disadvantage that they don’t answer you, I called them several times with different timings and different mobile phone and they still don’t answer, another thing that the number that the answer machine of The Dubai Mall gave me was wrong so I used the one in Google maps. Prices are expensive and it’s just waste of money. An advantage that you can see the fountain of the mall from there.

Nike make some of the best training shoes in the world. Went to 3 Nike stores looking for tennis shoes, all 3 said go to DM store. Drive there, the store is huge but no tennis shoes.... we only sell on-line might be wise to inform other Nike employees tennis shoes are NOT sold...

We usually avoid big stores because generally speaking a lot of time is wasted looking for the right item and most sales people offer basic service. Not the case at Nike Dubai Mall. Meriam is probably one of the best salesladies we have ever come across. She blew us away with her knowledge and insight as well as her awesome personality. She summed up our style and in a flash found the items we were there to get. What a pleasure! The vibe, funky friendly people who work in the store and excellent clothing range were the cherry on the top. Great experience. Great store.

Any mall needs to update itself to be relevant in attracting the public. One way to do this is through their own design and marketing, the other is with the help of iconic brands; this is the case with Nike Beacon where shopping becomes an experience, either buying or not. Nike Beacon is a huge store (replacing what is used to be Kinokuniya) with a superb interior and display design (check the wall-to-wall windows overlooking the fountain!) which puts Nike in the forefront of one of the biggest malls in the world. The Dubai Mall.
