I went to life pharmacy to get the Multivitamin and after purchase i asked them i am holding Esaad card please give me disocunt and he refused that there is no discount for Esad card. I was surpirsed but i was in hurry and took the medicine, later in the evening i went to another Life Pharmacy and inquired about the price of same medicine with Esaad card and he gave me disocunt of 10% and i was very surpirsed. i went back and ask him he said we dont give discount. Same pharmacy but different apporach i took voucher and replaced the medicine and got he medicine from other shop.,

Bad experience. I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy.I had got a band aid. I had told the pharmacist specifically that I would get the item back if its not suitable. And after she had approved of it, I bought the item. When I went to exchange the item, another person says since its 8 days the item cannot be exchanged. It was a day late but we were not informed about the same. We tried convincing, but in vain. Had they informed the timeline earlier, we would have tried the item earlier.

Really appreciate the free delivery offered from here. Just need to WhatsApp them the prescription and bingo, it gets delivered at your doorstep.
