The worst pharmacy every they deliver the medicine on 3 hours and half . I was extremely angry . Never buy from them again

Guys don’t buy any nutrition supplements from them they are very expensive compared to iHerb website. They are just pretending that they have the best price but it’s just a big lie I bought this five items and it cost me around 540 AED. After I checked on iHerb website for the same the total cost is only 345 AED with tax end customs fees 😡

Not open 24 hours. And in map its shows 24 hrs I drove all the way and it was closed.

Items don’t have prices, if you ask the price is completely different than at checkout. If you want to pay by voucher they change the prices after they rang it up already and the staff is totally disinterested. Avoid.

Very poor service, even not deserve one starI am in dubailand and I called them before more than two hours to bring medicine.Nobody came and the the line is busy for an hour (tried to call them more than 30 times) and cant reach to them

They gave me discount of 50 AED on the purchase of 200 AED .. staff is good

They are so unprofessional, I sent them a message to deliver medicines and I kept on waiting for 2 hours (I live couple of buildings away from where the pharmacy is). I sent reminders too but they kept on telling me that rider is on his way but when I called them after 2 hours and 10 minutes they didn’t even know what my order was. Very very unprofessional and lack of energy to assist customers/patients. I wish someone from their top management sees this review and act.

Worst delivery serviceMost of medicine is available but their delivery service is horrible. Im staying 5 minute away from them and it takes 1.5 -2 hours at least to deliver, and sometimes not coming at all

Very poor customer service. Waited for 45 minutes to attend just because the pharmacist was busy submitting another insurance claim for approval. Empty promise of delivering. Had to follow up atleast 5 times to get a medicine for the baby. Finally called the head office and got the medicine in 1 hour.

Very very poor customer service. Placed order for delivery. Lots meant to take minimum 30mins as I live literally less than 2mins away. waited for 3hours then called the shop and after they saw my call they started rejecting the calls. theres no harm in telling the customer if you cant deliver anymore or reason for the delay.

Small but with a wide range of products. If you keep driving for a few meters more, you will actually find a bigger Life Pharmacy.

Small pharmacy but they do carry a wide range of things you might not find at other bigger pharmacies here in DSO. downside is that their line is almost ALWAYS busy.
