Pharmacist dispensing alternative medicine than the prescribed saying it is what is prescribed, when returned immediately, they din’t give cash back and instead gave credit note saying it’s their company policy. Tricky way to secure business.Pharmacist saying it was his colleague who took the medicine from the shelf and not him, that’s why this happened. Silly blame games.Grow up guys.. I went to buy vitamin D 1000 IU , they sold me for 67 AED and said me its offer buy one get one.Same medicine on their website is of 33 AED and on other pharmacy stores its aed 33.They are fooling the people and insisting them to buy one additional medicine by saying its buy one get one and charging same amount.Highly disappointment and I wont buy medicine from their stores anymore.

WORST SERVICE EVERI submitted my prescription to them one week ago and when I went to take it the dosage was not right ( they give me 100mg while it was supposed to be 400mg just because they didn’t read the prescription correctly)and i needed to take the medicine at the same day they told me to wait extra 4 days because they dont have it !!??Please read the prescriptions correctly !Dont assume the dosage its written JUST READ!!

Worst service. Had been there to take few tablets.. They took the prescription and insurance card picture and said they will deliver home and took the address and phone number. Till 24 hrs there was no update. Next day we called couple of times, they still did not have any answer and blaming each other staff in spite having all our details in front of them. Not recommended. Please dont waste your time. Go to some professional & reliable pharmacy in the neighborhood
