You never answer your phone. How useless is this branch omg!!! Morning no answer, afternoon no answer and evening also... For how many days were trying. 👎👎👎👎

Aster is great pharmacy, they provide a very useful information when I call them in the phone they care a lot about the patient and make sure about the age of kids to make sure that the medicine selected need the need and does not have side effects, in addition to that the deliver the medicine to home fast with providing card payment on delivery.

The pharmacist is very helpful. The pharmacy is quite small and has limited products on display but they certainly arrange the item from other branches to be delivered to your home incase they do not have it in their stock.

I called the pharmacy today-Sky court Dubailand branch to inquire about some products and was lucky to have been attended to by Chinju Sara MatthewAll through my interaction with her, she was courteous, she listened, she communicated well and promptly and I was able to get the products delivered in no time. The products were not available in the store but she went out of her way to get them. What stood out most to me is how she constantly updated me through calls and messages on the progress of my request. I ordered milk for my kid at 4pm and at 7pm they have contacted me on what’s up saying we don’t have this milk after they have confirmed on the phone that they have it and let me wait for 3 hours.Telling me after i have complained we don’t have it if you can wait for tomorrow!!!!

Some talk about horrible experience with the pharmacy downstairs Health First Pharmacy - worst service and untrustworthy pharmacy! The pharmacist literally made buy additional medicines did not need to make it profitable for his insurance claim. He confessed he didn’t have the time to claim insurance for just one medicine and insisted buy at least three to make it profitable for his insurance claim!Others say: had good experiences in that pharmacy though. When my insurance rejected my claim he tried resubmitting and delivered it to my home same day. Another time I was prescribed 2 boxes of meds, only 1 was available but he ordered from another branch and called me the next day to collect

Worst service we waited for 1 hour for médecine and no onw informed us how long it will take keeping in mind that we had a si k kids at home.Very dissapoitnetsd with their service
