Great place for all sports wear and gadgets. Amazing staff, Mr. Vasmy was very helpful whwn it came to picking the right shoes for my nephew. He gave great advices. Mr. Mersaidbek was full of positive energy, helped us pick the right sports bag and didnt hesitate to show show us how many items it could fit even though it meant extra work for him.Ms. Maritis was very attentive with my sister and her kids, helped them out through their shopping at sun and sands.This place is easy to shop at, you can always find something to buy for sports.

Last week i bought around 300 Dhs in ibn butoota mall when paid by credit card the indian sale person asking me to sine in the paper i refused he took pen and wrote my name.Other branches not asking for signature very strange.

Worst customer service and worst online shopping experience ever. Talking ages to refund the money back if they refunded at all. Don’t recommend it at all especially the online store.

Worst place never trust what they tell you. I asked for certain product and they yold me i can find it in ibn battuta after driving all the way there they tell me its never in 8bn battuta

I received my order with a security tag on it !!!! I called the customer service but they say I have to return the item or I have to go to the nearest store to remove the security tag. I dont have a car why should I take a taxi to go your store to remove the security tag which is your fault. When I ask compensation amount from your customer service they say it is not possible. Either I have to wait for refund process or I have to go to the store and also saying it is not my fault it is warehouse fault !? The worst customer service. I want compensation for my taxi cost.

Horrible !! i bought 2 balls last week from your store in ibn 1 adidas which is very good and the other is nike which is damage after only 1 game? which mean 170 aed wasted in 1 game only ? i want to exchange it with the other adidas. how can i do it ?

If you are buying from Sun and sands sports, do not order. I have been waiting for my delivery for a week+ and they sent the item to the wrong location twice. In addition, their customer service is very bad, and they do not offer you any solutions.

Visited Sun & Sand Sports Ibn Battuta yesterday, looking for some new trainers! Im not able bodied and wheelchair reliant, so not your typical runner! I was so impressed with the help John Alfred Lasola Mendoza gave, he listened attentively to my requirements, was knowledge, thoughtful, patient and endlessly enthusiastic!John helped find the right training shoes for me and I purchased two different pairs thanks to his help.A BIG THANK YOU John, youre a star and a credit to Sun and Sand Sports!

A really good Merchandiser from Uzbekistan served us. He was really welcoming and hospitable.

Very helpful staff. But the costs are pretty high. If the price suits yr taste and pocket, this is a good place to visit.I would suggest the management to indicate prices of all items. I had to ask for the prices for most of the stuff.

It is a nice sport place where you can find a lot of stuff. Prices varies, cheap and a little expensive, but you will find alternatives.Anyway you should give a try and decide by yourself.

Sun and sands ibn battuta mall-Bought a blue fuji hybrid bicycle.(loved it).But but but....chain and gear rigging were done so poorly that chain dislodged during first few weeks only and got stuck between frame and gear.We dropped the cycle for repairs but they do not respond.No one picks the call forget receiving a call from them.Neither did they guarantee that it will be repaired free or at a cost.In these times when its hard to open your purse,such kind of customer service???

Purchased a bike for my daughter birthday..while assembling the bike..delivery guy damaged it..Same day went to Store and spoke to manager Aasish or Aziz and Silva they confirmed replacement will be given..From the store they called service center for replacement..Service center manager Shajad, confirmed he will check and comeback..Waiting for replacement bike..no response from SSS.Almost 10 days gone neither the branch (Batuta) nor the warehouse would receive calls or share any update..i guess by next year i will get my replacement bike..very very poor service.Waste of money and disappointment.

Great prices and wide choice. They have also a good choice of toddlers shoes. I just got a new pair of white Nike shoes reduced 40% - just because of the white colour. Customer service is impeccable. Location is nearby Carrefour. They sell a good range of different kind of sports items and the shop is divided into Nike section and non Nike section.

One stop shop for many sports and brands

Its a good place to shop for sports goods. I visited the Ibn batuta branch. They have Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Puma, New balance and few other brands as well. I got a Nike t shirt on sale for Aed 89/- Staff is very good and they helped in my shopping.

Great Store, BUT they didnt have mi shoe size...

Lots of choice, clothing and gear from all the big names. Lots of footwear. Large selection of sports equipment. I even saw winter gear, considering Dubai is 12 months of summer this shows they want to cover everything. It is a large store so you are very likely to find what you want. Same prices as anywhere selling the same stuff but they do have some good offers every now and then. If you are not looking for the big names just walk on towards Decathlon.

Worst customer experience ever!!!They make you pay for there own mistakes.Bought 2 item, one of them was wrongly tagged with a higher price, we noticed right after they charged my Credit Card. Tried to get my money back through a card refund but they didnt accept. They said we can only give you a gift voucher to be used within a certain periodReally unpleasant experience and I will file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.

Low customer service, I went there to complain about bad quality Under Armour pants and the supervisor latterly told that they don’t entertain such a complaints of after sales and that they wouldn’t do anything for an upset customer. Very disappointed.

I bought 6 items and the philipino lady slipped one extra item to increase her sales comission. I came im for a refund and the supervisor Inder at Ibn battuta mall is on his break and is unreachable. Great customer care. No apologies nothing.

Oooh the staff is accomodating literally i was 100% satsified in terms of the way they assisted me choose like the right sizes and perfect colours .

It was my first time using ENBD gift voucher on Sun and Sand , unfortunately the last one .First of all , they are all the protein and vitamins product inside the shop that you buy with ur voucher even if Im in sun and sand ( something fishy there).Secondly , after I picked all the items I needed they told me that the vouchers are applicable due to the promotion running which is get 100dhs when spending 400dhs... I told them that I dont need the promotion but they refused to do so blaming it on the system .I believe that when u have a voucher valid for 6 months and there are no terms stating ( not to be used during promotion ) it is completely unacceptable to honor it .I have used the same vouchers for mall of Emirates and sharaf DG so many times and they have never put conditions like sun and sands.
