Found out about Irma Fitness though a search on Dubizzle. I was looking for a Life Fitness cross trainer. Received responses to my inquiry promptly with pictures and videos of the product.I received my cross trainer today and I’m happy with the experience, the price, the one year warranty, and the delivery team. Terrible dodgy mob, don’t spend your money there because once you leave the shop, you are nothing.Double charged VAT and despite many promises, no refund 3 months later. The machine comes with warranty supposedly, don’t count on it!Terrible service and management.

Just saw the new delivery for a freind who bought the machines in this company.i cannot imagine how they did a very bad job in painting cleaning and refurbishing the machines.They just screwed it up to the highest level of unprofessionalism in there line of work.Just a tip irma fitness...Do your job properly so you can get good reviews and more costumer,dont just paint them make them same like new because you are paid for it.

Dont purchase machines here, and dont waste money and later feel for it, no proper service and not a quality product u will get here all are more than 10 year old just re painted. Not refurbished they simple lie and sell it by just paint it

What is monthly price

Too long; didn’t read: LOOK ELSEWHERE, or buy the real thing. False promises, deceit and a broken machine is all you will get.The seller, Mr Shehzad had advertised Cybex treadmills on dubizzle. I approached him and had reservations initially of the quality of these refurbished machines, however he explained these machines are in excellent condition and that “I will remember him” after purchasing this machine, they’re apparently that good. After multiple reassurances, he agreed to sell one for 5,500 plus VAT.And “remember him” I did.The machine turned off twice the first day during usage. The 110v transform they attached to it powered off twice. The next day, it worked first for a little while and then suddenly started misbehaving thereon. Incline stopped working. The moment you try to incline, it would reset. Then suddenly the machine would shut down mid-way exercise. The machine also started automatically asking me my age and weight in the middle of a workout and suddenly shutdown. If you tried setting the speed to 10km and started running on the belt, the belt would “skip” at times and you would feel the jerk. I was so upset, I contacted Mr Shehzad multiple times as this disrupted my daily exercise schedule but to no avail.I repeatedly called and texted the but irrespective of the promised “warranty”, I got nothing. False promises and false advertisement. First he told me this is normal as I may have changed some setting. Nonsense. This is an insult to my intelligence. I know a faulty machine when I see it. I spent numerous hours reading online manuals (as one wasn’t supplied) and discovered the diagnostics settings. The machine logs and reports historical errors. It was full of a history of errors and has been used for more than 5000km before. I repeatedly texted him that I’m upset please send someone to see this and all I got was “Someone will visit you and fix it, don’t worry”. A week goes by and no one visits. Then I’m told “I need some time”. How come this wasn’t the case when it was being sold as “an excellent machine without issues” and that “the warranty of 6 months” has me covered? The machine was ordered and delivered within two days. Yet, since the first day I’ve been having problems and after a week of complaining no one visits to sort this out.5,750 AED down the drain.Do NOT trust them. As they say in my mother tongue along these lines: “spend a lot and cry once; spend a little and keep crying.” I feel like a fool falling for this trap.They forget money isn’t everything. They have Allah to reply to in the end. I leave my case to Him and have given up on hopes they will fix my issues. I should have read others complaining about the same thing here. It seems you buy, get upset, complain here and they may just look into it.
