I just got my jog pad treadmill delivered a short time ago, from the looks and feel it seems like a good buy, I hope it stays that way. But I must mention the customer service of Ms Dipali was excellent, very polite and well versed with the product knowledge, extremely patient in answering all your questions. Last but not the least , I must mention the two delivery boys (one was Parvez) were extremely polite, and well mannered and answered all the questions, more than anything wore their masks throughput the time of installation as part of the Covid protocol. Very impressed. 👍🏻
