😱 I will run as fast as I can...! Nearly 10.000aed in advance for preventive maintenance and for 4 new spare parts. They came only with 2 parts ( out of 4) and both used with no serial no. In a business with over 100 pieces of equipment, they wanted to finish their Maintainance in 2 hour! They must be angels ...😅 Via phone they promise everything you want to hear. But they didn’t know how to fix any of the issues we’ve reported to them and they stretch and negotiate the refund lying in our faces that they have used the parts! Lucky with our surveillance cam.. ! 4 months later and a DED registered case and we finally got our refund back! The person I spoke with who presented himself as the owner he is impossible to talk to...! He dose not talk. He shouts and screams and he is totally random.. Shame really. Dubai needs better regulations that stops scams from happening in the first place before the need of revering to legal measures that looses everyone’s time and energy :(.
