It seems theyre only good with general weight loss programs, not something that caters for your personal needs or body type. I lost 3 kg first week then weight started to pick up again despite my commitment to their food and exercise recommendation. The training manager asked me to increase my calories intake but that resulted in me gaining extra kilogrammes.As for JLT centre itself, sometimes you smell strong odors of food / incense which was really bothering and distracting.
