This supplier is a liar. We did get the refund after 1 month of harassing them and we never got the bike they promised us (see text messages). Im writing a complaint to the Dubai Government for the way he lies and twist things. His staff are liars and send threatening messages when you leave a bad review. This is not the way you deal with customers. Please if you want good service, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! The most unprofessional service I have ever received. I ordered an Assault Bike following an ad on Social Media. Ordered the bike on the 23rd of December, sent the money the following week. We are the 28 of March and I still didnt receive either a bike or my money back. They always have excuses, they dont answer to your Whatsapp, they lie... My next step is Customer Rights to get my money back.
