They dont respond to any inquiries on their website nor their facebook page.Hello Sir/Madam,I want to raise a complaint against your management of the Dubai Mall store. It is about a red T-Shirt exchange after one week. When I tried the t-shirt at home, I found some white stains, which I didnt pay attention to them at the store because I got six t-shirts together and they were on the side of the T-shirt. The store management refused to exchange the t-shirts. They argue that they always check the products before selling them and they are not aware of what happened to the T-shirt in the past week.I would like to highlight the following about this bad experience:- When I deal with any store, I assume that the seller-customer relationship is based in trust. I trusted Go sport with the products they provide me. I expected Go sport to trust me as well. So, when I tell your employee that I did not use the T-shirt, I can not accept that he is putting me on a defensive position to prove that. I don’t need to justify anything because I simply say the truth.-The store manager was arguing that the cahiers check the items before giving them to the customer. Did he check the cameras and made sure that the cashier really checked my items? I do not think so.-Let’s assume that the T-shirt has these stains after I got them. I think the store manager should question the product quality itself, not telling me “We don’t know what happened with the T-shirt in the past week.”- If Go sport can not adapt with their policy of two weeks exchange. They might change it to two days! And if there have terms and conditions that customers are not aware of. It would be good to tell a brief of these T&C at the payment point.-During the past month, I bought from the same store with a value around AED 3000. It was so silly that I got this attitude for a AED100 T-shirt.- I have been a customer of Go sport for more than 10 years in different countries. Wherever I travel, Go sport was my first option to get the sport stuff for me and my family. After this experience in Dubai, unfortunately, it will be my last time to visit Go sport store and I will go for other alternatives or getting my stuff from the brands stores directly. Unfortunately, I will not recommend Go sport anymore to my family and friends.

Worst customer service everI paid 650 aed for a football which was defected on the third time I played with so Im not sure if its really genuine and theyre not replacing it. So Im going to complaint about it at DED.

What an amazing place to shop brand things, nike,Adidas, puma,and more brans you will get evrthing you want so waht is wating for go and check it,you can pay checks and credit cards ,dubai mall 3rd flour around Adidas store

Security guard are very rude and untrained. go sport will lose customers who have been shopping since years due to these rude people

Cheap yoga clothes and other sports wear. Worth going first to compare prices with other sports stores. But seriously, Dubai Mall is suicide attempt to check the stores as the mall is super huge. Just settle for this shop. Really ,its value for money. Get shoes and equipment elsewhere.

Had a super great shopping experience in Go sport dubai mall. Mohamed Inshaat was extremely helpful ; he advised on the size to pick for my husband who wasnt shopping with us for more than 15 items!! Mohamed even played with my toddler when I was in the fitting room. Very pleased with my purchase!! I will definitely visit again, thank you!
