ROSHAN, A fantastic gentleman and Amazing guide. We were on the lookout for winter wear for Snow and frigid climate for our daughter who is going for her university there. The guidance that he gave to us for someone who has never lived in such climate was truly priceless. He not just articulately advised us on the purchase but most heartwarming was his short training lessons on survival in such Extreme weather. It has a lot of sporting equipment with quite good quality. The best part of adventure HQ is their wall climbing and hanging bridge. It was fun for the kids.

Dropped into Times Square Dubai on the Sheikh Zayed Road in search of bicycle pump. Visited Adventure HQ, where I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff.I concluded my business within 5 minutes with help of Sujan (I hope that I have spelt his name correctly). For the service and ease of doing business business a resounding 5 star rating.

We had a birthday party at HQ for 7 years old daughter. She had 10 friends to join and all of them enjoyed climbing very much. Some parents commented the idea of having party at HQ was healthy and fun. The manager Uzziel and his team took care of is very well. Specially Uzziel was attentive and accommodating. There was a cute party corner to have all kids sit down around the table and have a birthday cake and sing a song. Highly recommend to have birthday party there. Very friendly atmosphere and easy to organize.

These guys are awesome. Kids had a blast. All safety measures followed. They were helpful and responsive when setting up for a birthday.

So glad I went to this Adventure HQ , after looking at so many shops for trekking shoes. Very thankful to the staffs especially to Mark and Ella who assisted me to find the perfect shoes for my upcoming hike. Thanks guys a lot! Very awesome experience not just for kids but adults too. The lady staff at the counter was helpful and the trainers Jane, John and Kurt were all very friendly and professional. The team was enthusiastic to guide us in climbing and push our limits! Bravo!

My 8 and 11 year old had a great time. The climbing wall and the obstacle course was more than adequate to keep the two immersed for the full hour. The three members of staff (triple J’s) were extremely kind, encouraging and attentive. They are also one of the reasons we would want to return. Both kids came away complimenting the fun and the staff.

Very useful shop for a quick bicycle maintenance, and spare parts.Rohsan did a great job fixing my bike is few hours.

What a wonderful shopping experience. Was greeted by every staff member we were in contact with. Assisted and handed over to the right person for assistance. Special shout out to ‘Krishna’ was superb in assisting us with getting the appropriate swimming goggles for my young one. We also got another goggle for my elder daughter and a snorkel mask for myself (which I had been putting off from buying since I didnt know where to get the right one). I don’t give 5 star reviews lightly. The facility, the activities, the team (ESPECIALLY JOHN!). Everything and everybody was fantastic!! It was my first time there, doing the obstacle course and the mountain wall climb. I cannot wait to come back again & again. Even though we were absolute beginners and scared cause of how high we had to go, John was so kind to guide us the whole way and assuring us through every step. Can’t recommend it enough for people of all ages, whether you’re going solo or as a group.

Roshan was a brilliant help. I was looking for advice on hiking gear and he was so informative and spent a good amount of time with me answering all my questions, and making sure I’d thought of everything I could need for the trip.

This is a great place to get all your outdoor sporting gear and equipment. Had a great pleasure to be helped by Roshan from Nepal; very knowledgeable in all things mountaineering, trails and related equipment. Roshan is superb!! 😊👏I would, though, recommend Adventure HQ to get Salomon brand in stock; run gear, hiking gear, and wind and waterproof jackets/trousers. These are ultra light and made specifically for runners.Will shop again. 👍
