I had a small misunderstanding at the shop , the management handled it very well ( Mr Miguel & Mr Nuno ) and absolutely solved the issue , the quick and immediate follow up was outstanding, i really appreciate the help they offered me and the high level of commitment they showed to solve my issue , also at the shop Mr Maruis helped me very much in choosing the bike & fitting the bike , Im glad that i bought my new bike from here ! Great shop and services, I wanted to buy a Garmin with sensors and the sales lady Marina guided me to the right choice, the mechanic Erik changed the steam and did the fitting on my Giant TCR( the guy knows what to do! ) so no more pain in my neck and shoulders.. friendly environment

One of the best shops to go for bikes and cycling accessories - got almost every single accessory I needed for cycling. Marina went out of her way to help me find what I needed. Very friendly staff and Good Coffee upstairs.

I have been coming there since they opened. Partly to have my existing bike serviced (which was done to perfection) partly to look and dream about a new bike. I finally took the step and retired my old one and bought a new one. What an experience. From initial advices on bike to my ride needs and style, to the fitting and final delivery. Very very skilled staff - and in the best sense of the word bike-heads. Perfect fitting experience and even some coaching on my ride style. Regardless if you are looking to have your bike serviced or to get a new one I recommend you go here and have a chat with them - you will not regret it!!

I really enjoyed how helpful the entire staff was. Had a lot of knowledge and made buying a bike very easy with fair prices.

Two days back, I have purchased Giant talon 3 small size cycle, while Im selecting size their sales executive is forcing to take smaller size, I purchased the small size based on their advise later I came to know I have selected the wrong size as per my height, Next day morning I called them and told that I need to exchange my bike to medium size then they told to bring back the bike to showroom to exchange But when I reached show-room then the drama started and they are giving unwanted reasons that they cant exchange and their staff behaved rudely, but in the bill its clearly mentioned that exchange within 14 days and shouldnt be worn out. But I never used that bike or not even a single scratch on that. If they would have told in phone that they cant exchange means then I would have not gone to store by driving long way from sharjah. so, even I will not recommend this store. My contact number is +971504625637, almost one week over but I havent recieved any courtesy call from shop owner. So please think before visiting this store.

I can’t recommend this store to anyone. Have had few really poor experience about their customer service which is totally substandard with really arrogant and inappropriate attitude specially from their store manager. I recommend to go any other cycling store in Motor City to see what good customer service is. You can’t find that from this store.

Awesome Bike Shop!Myself and my husband bought our bikes from this store. They have a great selection of bikes and great prices too. The best thing about this bike shop are the staff. They really go the extra mile in providing advice and allowing you to try out the bikes. We bought our bikes and I needed to raise the handlebars on mine so they collected the bike and found the necessary parts to raise the handlebars and then returned the bike to me the next day. I was very impressed with the level of service and they have a great can do attitude. Dont go anywhere else for your bikes or bike gear. Great job BTB. A very happy customer - thank you.

I purchased my Bianchi from Pedaliere BIKE SHOP to where it has been serviced for the past couple of years. I thought I would tryout beyond bike as the new kid on the block. Despite having a flashy showroom, the service has been poor so far. I dropped the bike of for a level 2 service and was told the bike would be ready the same day or if not the following day. It is now day three with no feedback. So many startup companies in Dubai simply do not understand customer service. Good luck with the extensive competition!Apology received and appreciated. I have therefore reviewed my star rating. Your staff were very polite and helpful today.
