The only reason why I couldnt give a 5 star is that the shop is situated in the most busiest business associated areas. So parking is difficult, I mean literally difficult. If you drive, youll need to be extra careful, there are people transporting goods in on stand up trollies possibly bumping into your car. And when youre in traffic in those small streets expect at least 30-45 minute delays.Now, about the shop. Not easy to get to due to my explanation above. But by my personal experience, I stopped in front if the shop, immediately ushered by the mechanic. Very helpful quick took my bike and I went off to find parking. They kept my bike before starting any work.Once I arrived back, showed the mechanic the problems. And he worked very mindful of the bike. Very knowledgable and skilled. Very pleased with how the bike was treated and repaired. The mechanic also offered to load my bike, but I told him Ill walk the bike to the car. Spare parts are reasonable. I mean it is the shop to go to if you own an Alvas product.Plan to bring my wifes bike there soon for service.

Bought 6 bicycles in the span of 4 years from here, very hassle-free/smooth experience. Knowledgeable staff, friendly owner, competitive prices. Very crowded on Thursdays though

Called the shop looking for a Kenda tyre. Spoke to a person named obaid who was least interested in giving any information rather kept asking me where I was calling from. I asked him which model of Kenda tyre he had andhe tells me he doesnt know I ask him to send me a picture and he says he doesnt have time for all this. Rude and un business like.
