One of the best bicycle in al karama, staff was very friendly and helpful and owner Mr Rehmat was fantastic person very polite and humble, thanks for suggestions and I love my carbon fiber mountain bike 100/100 happy.

I dont even want to give it a star. I bought a Java Veloce few weeks ago and then 3 days later after purchase I realized that the derailleur has been bent without the bike being ridden. This was totally the shipping problem and it must have been bent from the way it was shipped. However, I went to the store and they never bothered to get me a newer piece but they tried bending it back to how it looked like which was completely unprofessional and there was no result of the bike being fixed. They also never gave a receipt due to VAT while purchasing a bike and therefore you as a customer can not fight for your right. After a long argument they came up with a conclusion to get a new derailleur piece and yet I have not being called to the store to fix my road bike. I do not recommend this store since it lacks professionalism and Im afraid that they might be selling used bikes that is being repacked.

O i got another good experience from them,their quality and customer service are excellent, everyone should go there.

They are well experienced in bike industry. They do attend all customers that used to drop by and take action right away either by giving advice or repair.I came with my flat tire bike, someone came and ask me about what happen, he bring it inside and check. He came to me and discuss what is the problem, which part he needs to replace. He ask me first before he proceed with the repair. He gave options also.This approach is fine to me, they will give you options and time to think if you will proceed or back out.

Very bad experience with this shop...wouldnt suggest buying from here... finalised the deal on call and watsapp after travelling all the way to get the bike he says the color you want isnt available take another one. Very unprofessional.
