I visited this store yesterday looking for a 700x40 tube. They did not have it in stock but had 700x38 which I asked them to fit for my flat tire. Ricky who was helping me out was very clear in warning me that this is not a right choice and actually helped me look for where I may find it. This won me over from a honesty to consumer standpoint. I did not purchase anything but left with a lot of trust to come back here when I get my next set of wheels.

Nice bike shop, helpful staff, but a bit lacking in variety in terms of tires and other upgrades. But overall good experience and prices are a bit high, but you can catch a good deal sometimes.

Those guys seemed like they really hate their jobs, or they will just serve you if you come flashing the cash or god knows how, we were going to get a bianchi, but no one didnt even ask, what we were looking for or offered help. They just ignored us.... And the store was empty! So we left.lucky us the new place in motor city has bianchis too, so we managed to get them there.

The worst customer service I have ever received from any type of shop. Spent a lot of money on a road bike but the hanger unexpectedly broke after a couple of months. They barely repaired it as 2 months after that, the rear derailleur broke. The staff constantly accused me of having a crash, which somehow only managed to break a rear derailleur, and not a single scratch anywhere else on the bike. They had no parts to repair again. They would not collect the part from Wolfis 1km down the road, forcing me drive several hours to drop off. In the end, I took the bike without repair to take it somewhere else. The shop looks great but dont be fooled.

Good technically sound staff. Always focused on getting whats needed done which is why I would recommend them. But they dont own up to their mistakes easily! Be sure to verify the work but workmanship is good.

This is not the biggest shop in town but they got a really good selection of tools and accessories at very decent prices compared to some of the larger shops. Very helpful staff too.

Staff are professional specifically Manish is quite helpful and understand needs.

We went there to fix the bike of my son, and there was only one guy in the shop, and he didnt have what it takes to help customers, he wasnt wearing his mask, and when we asked him we need a help to fix the bike, he said no one is there from the maintenance team to fix the bike, though it was in the middle of the day , and he asked us to come later!

During my recent visit to Dubai i bought a hybrid bike from your store. Just want to put good words for your staff specially Mubashir and the other Philipno guy who assembled my cycle. Both gave amazing service. Mubashir was very informative and helpful in suggesting the bike which suited my needs. I am now thoroughly enjoying my biking experience in Islamabad.

Watch out from the service as they dont have everything available ( I had to buy the tires and the tube from London as they failed to supply it) i gave them my Mini foldable bicycle with a Mini cover in the bag attached to the seat and they lost it + they failed to send a clear video when i submitted my bike to prove they didnt lose it. I am never going back to place. AVOID IT ❌
