Nice shop with discounted items not very big but not bad tho

Horrible service and wrong info provided on their online stores.Placed an order on the 12th of August, received 2 of the 3 items. The 3rd item kept showing that a courrier wasnt assigned. Waited for a day and finally called them, they said the item is not available and theyll arrange a refund in 7 days. I agreed and was ok with that.But then after 2 days the item still shows available on their online store, same size as well and it still shows under my order with the same status. When I call, they say its not updated on the system and itll take another 2-3 days for it to update and then another 7 days for them to refund the money. Which means I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund?!?!I ask for a senior person to speak with, they say theyll arrange a call back in 48 hours - which is a Friday, so I ask them if theyll call back on Friday, then they say, no on Sunday?!?Horrible after sales service. Lack of internal communication and action by their teams. The item still shows available for the same size with deliver on this Sunday, to which they say it needs to be updated?!?!

If you are looking for cheap price shoes and tees, this is the place to visit. I used to visit this store for old model shoes that a mall shop removed from their displays.Just spend time to roam around and you will find stuff that you are looking. Just dont expect the exact color and sizes, they have limited stocks to show in this store.Same for t-shirts, shorts and accessories. I find it very practical to buy things that you will not think about spending money.

The store is quite big, they have 2 nd floor. A lot of choices to choose from. The staffs were accommodating. They let you do your own thing unlike other salesperson who follows you everywhere which is annoying. Price is good. They are on sale sometimes. Great deals to some stuff.

When it comes to shoes and clothing, S&S factory outlet has massive stocks in line. Both new and old models. Even old models, still prove that theyre not left behind.I like old models specially in shoes.Out of different choices, colors and sizes, prices are cheap.Most of the Shoes that you cant find in S&S regular shops are there.Tip: 1. once you find something you want during roaming in the store (model, color, size) grab it. Mostly they have limited stocks of it. Dropping it in a minute, someone will hook it up right away.2. Carefully check the item (for possible damage). Just to have quality that you will pay.3. If you saw it in display, ask for a new stock, always. It is wise thing to have a new pair which is not exposed in public. Color and built of new and display is different.Enjoy shopping!
