They woudnt give us a refund because the item was on sale, only there were no indication on the receipt or in the store that they had a sale. Apparently all of dubai mall had seasonal sale so they counted that as them having a sale... what a SCAM. Truly a TERRIBLE experience.

The items are limited and basic. The sales girl who helped us shop was nice and informative.They can definitely add more items and hire more informative staff.

I always like to buy from North face especially for bags . And yesterday I bought a bag from this branch with the help of the amazing staff I chose what I came looking for .there was a lot of options and can be confusing some times so it was fun choosing with staffs assistance. Thank you TNF !

A place to sell winter clothes that a person needs while traveling to European countries where the degree of cold to below zero. I would strongly recommend it.
