I bought a polar watch for triathlon training. The guys were having a sale and the price was great so I bought. When I open the packaging always great but when I tried to charge the watch it wouldn’t work. Not the teams fault. This is where my experience went Straight to 5 stars. I contacted Ron(incredible customer service) he said no problem sir we will swap out the watch. For the inconvenience we will drop it off at your home and just to say thank you for being a great customer we will include the speed sensor that was not in your previous purchase. Who said exceptional service was dead. These guys have been amazing thank you Sport in life will use them every time now.

I recently got a new polar M600. For a reason, it wasn’t working. So I contacted Polar service in Dubai ... their reply was super fast even when I was abroad. Ron De Guia was amazing .. he tried several options to make it work. But it didn’t. So without me asking , he offered to replace it with a polar ignite especially when he learned that I’m a Lesmills instructor .., my deepest gratitude and thanks to Polar and Ron for such awesome and fast service. I have been using Polar watches for yearS and I’m more than satisfied..,actually I wouldn’t replace it with any other watch. So big thanks to Polar and Lesmills. Excellent customer service,I recently needed a replacement strap for a V800 which was done quickly and well. I had an issue with a polar V650, the unit was assessed and replaced with a new unit very efficiently with regular email updates and phone calls from Ron. I had looked at Garmin when I had issues, but remained with polar as a result of quick, intelligent no fuss customer service. As a result I am very satisfied in the Polar “environment“ here in the UAE.

I purchased a Polar V800 complete with the waterproof heart rate monitor in March of 2018. I had great performance for about a month then had erratic and frozen heart rate readings while swimming - it became very frustrating to manage my training cycles.Then after about two more months the V800 was having difficulty keeping its charge.I have been a polar product user for the past 20 years so found my V800 experience very disappointing. I tell you this for background.I corresponded via email with Polar Support in the US who were very good at suggesting various things to try to get the V800 performing properly, finally suggesting that I return the unit to the US for warranty servicing. I told them I was in Abu Dhabi and they suggested that I get in touch with the local Polar reps.I am ecstatic at the response I got from Ron de Guia at Sport in Life. Within a 24 hour period he responded to my email, by calling me and suggesting that I get the unit to him for inspection. He looked at the V800 and HRM that I had and determined that there were issues with both. He replaced the entire system on the spot - I was more than pleased with his response and the outcome.I highly recommend Ron and his team for any Polar product support requirements that you may come up against while in the UAE.Thank you Ron your care and attention - it has been a very pleasant service support experience.Warm regards,Tom

SIL deliver the best service in Dubai. I bought a Polar V800 some years ago when the device was first launched. I had a problem with it and it was replaced without any questions or drama. A couple of weeks back the strap broke and I took the watch for service. It has come back like a new watch and works flawlessly. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

SIL has become a regular place for me to go buy my 2XU compressions and energy products due to the excellent customer service. The staff at SIL are friendly, have excellent knowledge of the various products they stock and are happy to offer guidance when it comes to choosing the right product for my needs. My favourite product at the moment has to be the 2XU MCS Cross Training Compression Tights as they have positively impacted my muscle alignment when squatting and reduced muscle fatigue and soreness post training.

As professional athlete (marathon runner) I know how important is to stay energetic so that training goes well and fitness is rising. GU products give me a good kick whenever I need extra energy. Before training I use GU Stroopwafels or GU Roctane Energy drink mix depending on the training time and intensity of the training.
