I have been a member of their gym for 6 months. I weighed 63.5 kgs when I started and I recently won the Biggest Loser Contest. I now weigh 56 kgs and I cant be happier. Thanks very much to our Coach, Shah Nawaz for being so patient to me and my friends. He helped us a lot and taught us different kind of approach and techniques for an effective workout. Ive been to different gyms all over the area but never met anyone as hard working and dedicated as him. He is the best coach I ever had! Not to mention they offer great massage packages too, such competent and nice people. Diksha is great! Now my membership is about to end and I will surely renew for another year!!
