The best part of desert safari was the dune ride. The sunset over the dunes was spectacular. It was fun and exciting. Very professional driver. All was awesome.

I am surprised how they can give such wonderful trips for such a low price!!! I wish I could find them earlier then could save a lot of money. They provide quality tour. I really enjoyed Thanks to City Smart

My best moment in year 2020 at desert safari tour by Gauhar Ali, made it a memorable day which I will not forget with my family.

They used my desert campsite and bought their guest in my camp for dinner we followed up the payments from 8 years but they didnt paid to us they have partner my Ismail who took our money we went their office but not proper reply.Please dont go with those cheaters.

All services reasonable for money except the Driver Imithiyas. From the beginning he was annoyed and not friendly for no reasons . Further it was very risky driving and vehicle also not up to the standard and uncomfortable. No safety measures were also advised and monitored. In side the camp various cross selling and you need to pay more than you agreed, if you need a good attention.

Had an amazing, best, extra-ordinary and unforgettable experience with City Smart. They have this driver Imtiaz who accommodated us all throughout the day. Friendly, approachable and hospitable people at the Camp 14. You will surely go back. And it is not about the quantity, it is about the quality and experience that you will treasure. I decided to go on a desert safari today. I found city smart tourism company online. It was already 12.30 pm and I got a prompt reply. I was told about different packages available and we choose the 99 per person aed package. We were advised to be ready for pick up at our hotel. The driver was very friendly and a brilliant driver. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip over the sand dunes. A special thanks to Ali for the safe driving.. At the camp we were asked to upgrade everything from camel rides to buffet... A lot of the staff are very persuasive to charge more to upgrade but we didnt give in apart from photos with Arabic scarf 20 each and taking our own mobile photos with falcon 20 aed extra also... We got one shisha pipe 50 aed. Just a note that the extra charges are put on by the camp staff.We enjoyed the camel ride, falcon, belly dancer, the dance show was fantastic as well as the fire show artist. We queued for starters and later queued for the main courses. Nice food. We also got henna tattoos in the price.No soft drinks are served before 5.30pm so it can be a long wait.. You have to pay for drinks before that despite it saying limitless drinks.Three adults and two children totally enjoyed the day.I would highly recommend city smart for desert safari. Thank you so much 😊

It was very exciting which I could have experiences in dubai. Particularly, our tour guide, Gauhar Ali, was so kind and the best driver I have ever met before for Safari in the desert.

Horrible experience, total disappointment. A guide named Muhammad Ali Ishaq was appointed to us and he was not professional at all. The driver was on his mobile during all the way to the safari and back from the safari which is dangerous for his safety first, other drivers on the road and of course ours. He seemed annoyed during all the journey and spend just 15 mn on the dunes driving very badly, stopped us by a dirty dune full of trash to take pictures and then rushed us honking to pursue the safari which was in fact our way to the camp. Then thrown in a camp on where theyll try to sell you anything until the food is served and show starts. Sellers were pressuring us my wife and I saying that it was their duty even though we gently refused buying - pure harassment. When arriving to the camp we were surprise by the quality of the food, poor vegetables and non cooked meat and strange sodas (pictures attached). To sum up really bad experience, shall have checked the reviews before booking through them.
