Everyone came up to me after the wedding saying how everything was planned and executed to perfection.With Arabian Explorers taking care of most if not all aspects of the venue, transportation and most importantly the liaison between the hotel and my planners…I honestly didnt have to stress about a single thing on the day of our wedding. For me, my wedding day was one of the most fun days of my life. It was completely stress-free and not once did I ever care about the schedule or even glanced at it. Thats really the crux of hiring a team like Arabian Explorers. Upon our arrival in each location, we were greeted by our guides and representatives. We never had to stress out about transportation or late arrivals. Everyone was on time (and early in most cases). We felt so welcomed and taken care of. The vehicles were always clean and well stocked with water. All guides and drivers were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.The day trips we had were the perfect combination of fun, educational, and relaxing. We felt we had the perfect amount of time in each place and did the right activities for our taste. Along the way, our travel agent was checking up with the guides to make sure everything was going well. We even met up with him towards the end of the trip so he could make sure everything went well. He really goes above and beyond in customer service. 100% recommend them to everyone.

I had booked my honeymoon package for Dubai through Arabian Explorers. It was a very good trip with value for money. Carmen one of the operations Manager herself was always ensuring that everything was taken care of from our transfers to food. We received such attention, it was wonderful to have booked everything through them. The only issue I believe is that the drivers were bit confused about locations because there were multiple people talking to them, but its just a small suggestion.

Arabian Explorers made our holiday a nightmare. I was traveling with my 81 year old mother, my sister and children. When we made the package booking in October, we had made a specific request for only two things, a room with stand alone shower and vehicles with boarding assistance, both of which they confirmed in the itinerary given to us.From our arrival onwards, our cars did not have boarding assistance and it made every experience difficult from the start. In addition, no room with a stand alone shower was booked. When speaking to their Dubai operations manager Karman, she said that they did not have cars with boarding assistance, and denied confirming such requests despite our records showing otherwise. She also had the audacity to tell me not to take my mother for these tours to avoid any issues and when I told her to cancel our tours and reimburse the money, she refused to do so.To top it off, my mother sprained her ankle trying to get into one of these cars that did not have boarding assistance for her on the last night, and they did not even show up as planned to take us to the airport for our return flight. As a result, we found ourselves consistently having to spend money to find alternative options to meet our needs and to be on time.Lastly, it did not go amiss that they had varying levels of service and quality depending on their guest’s ethnicity. We could not help but notice that everyone on our tours was of the same race, whereas other tour buses were also separated by color. It was obvious to us that those who seemed to be from Europe, Canada or the United States received significantly higher quality experiences in comparison to ours.Anyone wanting to do any tours with Arabian Explores, please be very careful! We were incredibly disappointed and would hope no family would have to endure the same experience, especially for those with accessibility needs.

Arabian Explorers made our honeymoon something special. Amazing service, honestly our trip was planed to perfection. Couldn’t think of anything negative about it. We came back from our trip over a month ago and my husband is still talking about it. Definitely recommended!!!Thanks again!

1) The communication with tour guide Joshua via email and whatsapp was excellent2) The driver / guide Isaac was very friendly. He was very punctual, helpful and very knowledgeable.3) The stay at the hotel was very good and was very close to the creek. The chef and staff were very friendly. We told them that we were vegetarian and they made sure to cook several vegetarian food so that we had several options to choose from.5) We had several excursions - Early morning, full day or evening excursions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi They were all very well planned.6) The travel to Abu Dhabi and Stay at Qasar al Sarab resort was great!We could spot a lot of camels and desert wild life7) staff across our holiday were very humble, friendly and open to all the foreigners. Everyone spoke perfect English and language was absolutely NOT a barrier.8) Overall a very very good trip. I would highly recommend this trip for everyone.

They did not contact us at the destination, only for the scheduled tour on the third day, we could not book with them other tours because nobody answered the phone or called us to the hotel. The Mena guide who accompanied us on the city tour was very attentive.
