The decor might be outdated but its so clean and authentic. Food and offerings are spot on delicious and the service excellent. We discovered this place by accident during covid-19 as delivery so were so happy to find it infront of us on a chore day, the quality and taste is 👌. Great for families and groups. And I believe in evenings they have music because noticed a whole set up on the side and what looked like a buffet area.

Located in Jumeirah, very gorgeous looking Iranian restaurant which lives up to its area. It is quite loved by local people here and the taste of dishes here are exquisitely nice. We can enjoy daily special dish changing everyday with some fresh vegetables. Plus nice hospitality by friendly staff is also signature of this restaurant!

They have a great atmosphere, very elegant, clean space and wonderful staff. They have generous plates and they serve vegetables and cheese platter with fresh bread as an appetizer.The quality of food is good and decent. Not the best persian cuisine but definitely good.Forgot to take pictures of the tea! But it is truly wonderful! They serve in a traditional way by bringing the kettle and pot on your table. I recommend them.

The overall seating arrangement is nice, the ambiance is general and does not reflect the persian heritage... the cucumber is the salad was saggy... the mixed grill was fantastic with the exception of the lamp peices... I complained and they - thankfully replaced them with chicken in saffron which is very tasty....The local water bottle of 750ml sells for AED15!!! the water tasted bad! They could choose a better brand

Worst customer service ever. After ordering food, and checking on my order in an hour, the guy on the phone says you should receive your order in two three minutes. Another half hour passes and I enquire again and they say they will call back, let us check with the driver. They call back in 10 minutes saying my order was not placed and they forgot. They need another 45 minutes to deliver. What a joke! After two and half hour... never ordering again!

(This review is for delivery service only).If you want good quality authentic Kebab Kobedeh, Yashar Palace is the place to order it.Having ordered from almost every Persian restaurant in Dubai for good Persian kebab, I find the Kebab Kobedeh of Yashar Palace to be the best quality of them all. Kebab is not greasy and has no meat/onion smell. The skewers (2 per order) are more than enough for one very hungry person. You can ask for rice and Kebab to be sent separate or together for yourself, or in larger quantity, in disposable platters for gatherings so you can just place them on the table ready to be served.On top of that, they give great takeaway/delivery service. With the food comes, free of charge, freshly made bread (at the site), daily soup, some fresh green leaves (mint, parsley, coriander, Girgir, and basil) w/ fetta cheese, and mint cucumber yogurt.Again, a great place to order Kebab for delivery at an amazing price. What a great deal!!!!

We visit there regularly. It has great Persian cuisine. Dizi is great especially. They serve buffet lunch every Friday which is very good. And most of the time they offer complimentary soup (Persian Aash is amazing). Definitely I recommend this restaurant. Ive got a chance to have breakfast in this restaurant, complete breakfast and buffet with amazing Iranian tea and (Sangak ) bread,I recommended to all food lovers to try their breakfast

Been there for Iftar few days back. Food was really good, especially the lamb. Loved the live station for bread making. Staff is friendly and always have a smile and extra information when you ask. Definitely recommend it.

Would highly recommend the iftar buffet, with lots of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. One of the best persian restaurants in the UAE, the restaurant has an extremely nice and welcoming staff that was always pleasant. During Iftar they had an all you can eat buffet for about a 120 dhirams starting at about 7, which was wonderful as the restaurant is not cheap. The decor and ambience are true luxury in Persian style with flowers and greens on the walls. We were told on other evenings there are live performances, but during the month of ramadan, the performances do not take place. I would definitely return to this restaurant and highly recommend it.

The ambience is great, decor is fitting and the food was authentic. The ash sabzi is one of the best Ive had and the Haleem is just great. Their sausages are not that great and its a bit spicy, now I wouldnt lower my rating just because its spicy but there are many ways it couldve been better. The Falafel are a bit cold, they were made that way but Im sure people would enjoy it more if it was hot and fresh out the oven. The foul was out of this world. The pastries are undersized but thats redeemed with their extraordinary taste. I would recommend the Ash, Haleem, foul, wrapped sausages, bread, and pastries. Fruits are mediocre but I dont blame the chef cause its not really the season for watermelons.

Their Ash Reshteh and Kashk Bedemjoon were very good. Their mixed salad platter and Khoresht Fesenjoon were average. Their Chelo Kabab Soltani was good. Their creme caramel is pretty standard. However the ambience and the atmosphere were really refreshing and comforting
