One of the worst shawarma i had in my life, dont go for this restaurant

Every biryani enthusiast is always in search to find the best biryani place wherever they visit. There is something about biryani that one can never get enough of it. The rich and aromatic rice dish is enough to take any dinner party a notch higher. Thats the type of biryani that this restaurant serves you. I have tried a couple of other dishes from this place but their thalassery biryani stands out for me.

If I could rate 0 star I would!! But unfortunately is not possible. FOOD SERVICE DELIVERY ARE INCREDIBLY BAD!!ORDERED A FOOD VIA WHATSAAP TALKING TO A FILIPINA LADY, I CLEARLY MENTIONED IN DETAILED AND THE SAID THE PRICE INCREASED FOR 1DH EACH ORDER. WHICH WE ACCEPTED.MY PARTNER RECEIVED THE ORDER AND WAITED ME SO WE CAN EAT TOGETHER BUT THE FOOD IS LIKE A TRASH.ITS A SALTY SOYSAUCE PASTA!N!NO CARROT,NO BROCOLI,NO SHRIMP ONLY DARK SOYSAUCE AND CHICKEN.WE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE PANCIT FIESTA BUT THEY SENT BAD FOOD!!AND THE MOST UPSETTING NO EMPHATY, NO SYMPHATHY,NO APOLOGY, NO LIITLE PICKLES,NO SOUP WHICH ALL REQUESTED AND NO REPLACEMENT AS THEY SAID TIME PASSED ALREADY WHICH IS THE FOOD STILL IN THE PLASTIC DELIVERED TO FULLY AIRCONDITIONED APT!!BEWARE TO ORDER FOOD DELIVERY IN ROYAL DINING BARSHA HEIGHTS!BEWARE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE UR TALKING TO AS THEYRE LIKE ILITERATE OR LAZY TO TAKE ORDERS APPRORIATELY!!SEE PHOTO IMAGE OF DELIVER AND DINING.BAD SERVICE!BAD FOOD!

Snacks and tea are good. Breakfast thosai and poori bhaji are average. Next door Wide Range was better. However here the lunch menu is quite good. Prompt & quick service.

Royal Dining is one of the nicest restaurant in Albarsha heights...the staffs is so friendly.... Food is Awesome

If I could rate 0 star I would!! But unfortunately is not possible. Hygiene standards are incredibly bad, specially from a guy called Saif. He didn’t want to attend me when I was calling him and he even was serving other customers after removing dirty trays from the table. No disinfection measures every time a customer comes and goes. Waiter was touching my food with his hands and was not even wearing gloves.Please, save your time, health and money by not going there.

Cheap and good food, dont expect high class restaurant, but food is excellent

We have been there with my colleagues for a lunch, and the food is very tasty and the quantity is good for sharing too. The menu offers a wide variety and the prices are very reasonable. I was tempted for bamboo biryani... Maybe next time.. Ill do that. Even though it looks and sounds like a typical malabari restaurant...its worth a visit.

Food is tasty and of good quality. You get Kerala food, cafeteria items and grill items. Cost is normal compared to restaurants in media city area. Evening snacks like cutlet is really good. You get egg bonds here. Parking available but it is paid parking.

I ordered a chilly beef and would warn anyone else not to order chilly beef from there.After finding the poor quality of beef, i ordered another dish to replace the chilly beef and they charged me for both the items and did not take ownership for the bad quality of beef.I would however recommend their biriyani (chicken and mutton)

Hi everyone. I briefly describe my impressions of this restaurant: When I live nearby during my business trips I almost every evining visit this restaurant. When I live in another district Im always trying to find time to visit them. Like today. Staff is always very friendly and always ready to help or recommend something if you dont know what to choose as the choice in the menu is really big. You can receive some present from the cook. Some additional dish. Portions are very large. I usually take one dish and a drink. Prices on the contrary are very low. Today I have paid 18 AED for main dish and Tea (look on the photo). You can pay by cash or by card that is comfortable for me. Today I was rewarded personal menu and now I can make order remotely :). So, thank you guys for your hard work and awesome food. I do hope my review can help you to get new customers but you always can find a table for your loyal fans like me. See you soon.

This is a cheap restaurant with no basic food hygiene standard. Staff not well trained even how to handle orders. Staff in our company and usually ate a lot before. But now I decided not to buy any single food from this restaurant. Today I was really upset, I ordered chai as I always do and I would say Im a regular customer but they would always assist the one behind me first.

I love this restaurant. The food is so good and prices are so reasonable. Dinner meal -for example-, has 3 fried chicken pieces, fries, drink and one bread and it is only for AED 20.00Also grilled chicken is so good. It is a must try here. They have normal and spicy. I always order the normal and it is still lil spicy for me but I like it.. 🤩You can ask for AhmedAli, he will always have your prefect order.

Waste my money on disgusting food and 40 min waiting it. And when I complain about it they only wanted me to pay and leave.

What a pathetic delivery service, after waiting for 2 hours & calling them 7 times, i had to cancel the order and when i cancelled it they delivered it. The best part is i just live accross the road & asked them if they have a problem i will come and take it myself but everytime they said the guy is on the way so that left me no option but to wait. This is my 3rd experience with them and all have been more than 2 hours

Ok-ok type of a place! Was way fantastic before the pandemic. They seem to have become overly money minded now! Don’t even look at you if you’re a regular and if you’ve walked in alone. Except for a couple of them the order taking guys have no idea of what’s on the menu!

The food had no taste. In the beginning the service was good. Our orders came on time. But the worst uncultural part was the person who was serving us brought the bill without request. I guess you know what does it mean (go away:( For sure, were not going back again...

Horrible i always like their bamboo biryani or any other food but today i ordered their roll n they gave horrible chicken, which is like rock, i cant break it and its not chewable, n some bad smell, i called restaurant right away n explained the situation answer was like ok so wht do u want now !! realy? this is how u respond fr giving a bad food to ur client? i have taken video i will defintly file a complaint against. but the response there is not even a single sorry.and then after half an hour calling me fr receipt !! they are still looking for my reciept. 😒😠I wish there is 0 star
