Worst worst worst experience with Urban clap not once but twice. I dont think they actually have any staff -they are just rolling money from the customers and using it.I booked for yesterday at 7.00pm and their app shows exec is on the way at 7.15.At 7.30 they call me up saying that they have cancelled my booking and on asking for an alternative, one person says they will check and call me and then a new person calls me with the same explanation and telling he will call back and so it goes on.At 8.00 Mr Karthik calls me and tells someone is on the way and will reach soon enough.I should have known by now, that was also a false lead and then no news of Karthik too.Saga continues and they reschedule for today at 11.00am and surprise surprise I get a call at 10.00 saying its cancelled. And Mr Adnan is the one to tell me now that I have been given a credit of 40dhs which I can use as a piecemeal system so that they ensure I keep booking with them.Those scheming little .....All in all it was such a wonderful experience that I am thinking how to complaint to consumer court for ruining my weekend.

I have hired a handyman through Urban Clap, and they didn’t show up, so I called and complained they send another supplier the next day. The supplier came one hour late and fixed shelves with a bolt and a hammer despite IKEA’s instructions. The very next day, the shelf fell on my daughters head. Since then, the supplier is not responding to my calls or messages and Urban Clap themselves ignoring my calls and not providing any callbacks.Safety is the number 1 priority, if you deal with a company that will ignore you in a safety related matter then this company doesn’t deserve to be in the market.If there is a ZERO star, I would have given it to you UC.

I’d like give to give 0 points for review for this rubbish company. Don’t book with them! Most unreliable company with zero courtesy to even communicate with client. We booked cleaning service for 2pm. We got a call that it would be pushed to 3pm. And Ofcourse no one ever showed up and there’s just no easy way to contact them without filling out a form! I’m so glad I opted for pay after service is completed or I’d never see my money.

I have been contacting them since last 10 days regarding to my rewards which I earned, however im not able to use,even after tried to contact representative thrice , haven’t received any response.I was expecting that being in dubai they are trust worthy and customer oriented,,However it is one of the worst service im getting from them.

Worst company for any type of service they offer. Cleaners are not coming on time, or somebody cancel them, or driver was sick so no-one to drive them, all kinds of excuses. For the maids, it depends from the girl but in general as company, PLEASE DO NOT USE IT!

This company app is worst, and they save your card detail without your consent . They charge from your card even if you select to be paid after service. They sent sms it will be deducted after service and still they deducted before service and top of that doesnt reflect on app as paid.Other one time, they dont send the same professional which you select even if your selection was confirmed. 3 hours and what paid is not worth because it will have incomplete task.Many time they send professional before time not like 10-15 minutes, its like 1 hour before and all .They increased their charges and standard has really gone down.

It was awesome. They came exactly on time. They were wearing mask and gloves. And they were extremely friendly. They did it quick. It was a little expensive but totally worth it!

This is a fraud. They do not exist and will steal your money . Company based in India does not have a presence in UAE. Avoid avoid avoid

They provided me with the worst service I have ever experienced and when I left a complaint they called me and asked me to email them with photos. I have sent 6 emails and 2 further complaints and now they are choosing to ignore me. Do not use this ap if you are in Dubai! They provide the worst quality service and do not respond to any complaints or communication.

Worst company ever i scheduled cleaners by 2:30 no body showed up i kept calling them for like 4-5 times they keep on saying we will get back to you and no one does most unprofessional company down here

Overall experience is borderline satisfactory, i booked her for 3 hours and she left early eventhough I pointed out some areas for her to clean further. She did a tardy job wiping the table and she didnt put her mask on all the way to her nose.

Worst experience ever! After I paid online, my booking was cancelled then last minute rebooked again. As a result two rude unprofessional unhappy ladies came and didnt clean but just did things worse. I had to redo dishwasher. Windows, mirrors, bathrooms, floors were all in dirty stains. And itsnot all! Finally, for 2 weeks I was bothered through WhatsApp. They were asking me to make a payment, which I already did before booking. Dont waste your time and money! Avoid!

Was promised 3 day delivery of my carpets. 11 days later, still waiting...What a pathetic excuse for customer service. They called me 4 times to apologize over and over again, and finally offered me 50 dhs out of a 500 dhs service fee! They claim the 8 day delay was because of rain so my carpets could not get cleaned. It rained for 1 day. It was supposed to take 3 days to clean carpets, do the math and tell me how that makes sense.

Stay far away from this company.I booked a maid for 10 am, they call me at 10 am to tell me that the Maid is not coming. (Really unprofessional)They apologize and told me to re schedule for 12pm. I said Yes....12:30 : nobodys here, I called the maid and she told me she is not coming.Thats not possible. Two times in the same day....This company its not professional at all.My advice stay far away from them.Now I know that the price is cheap because the service is even cheaper.

I wish I could give a negative rating.. honestly worst service ever.. I booked for 1 maid for 2 hrs, instead 2 of them came and did only for 1 hr. Whenever 2 people come over for cleaning 15-20mins they are confused on who will do what and they slow down their cleaning process in between.. generally when 1 cleaner comes it takes only 1 hr 30mins max to clean my apartment.. but when 2 people comes in 1 hr my house is still the same mess as when they come in .. honestly you guys should reconsider serving these kind of stupid services to customers

The worst maid service in the UAE.I made a booking around 1pm for a 5pm booking. I get a call at 4.45pm saying they cannot send anyone and whether I can move it to the next day. They had more than 4 hours and could intimate the matter to me only 15 minutes before. Most cleaning services in UAE takes 5pm as the last booking. So they effectively removed my chances of using another service.In the last 3 times I have used them, it happened twice. So that just exemplifies how poorly structured they are.

Beware of urbanclap these guys are worst service provider, they might be cheap but providing very very poor service. First i booked a maid service for 2 hours and it took 1.5 hours to clean the furniture that too left it dirty and second i booked for a sofa cleaning service and it that too it didnt showed up and didnt UC didnt even bother to inform about the same.
