Had a very bad experience with the team after opting a service for repair; even though the money was charged there was no response from the team. After several calls the team informed visit can be scheduled after 2-3 working days and that too with other agencies. please dont waste time and money with his team .. Not recommended at all

Dont use for battery replacement for Apple devices. They dont follow Apple guidelines and want to charge full body replacement price (2000+ AED) instead of battery replacement price (749 AED applicable only when battery fails). Diagnostic of MacBook Pro takes 5 days when in any Apple Store they do it within 5-10 min in front of you. In case you dont accept the overpriced offer you will be charged 250 AED for nothing.

Just to diagnose a broken laptop screen they asked 3 to 5 working days, whereas othershop repair in just 2hrs. Plus their customer care is never reachable if more than 2 person in queue, it disconnects automatically. Very poor service.

DG help doesn’t even deserve one star, probably zero or negative is the better ranking for them. We had called them up for installation services and were directed to the site (Dghelp.com) and we placed the order for installation services by specifying the date and time we wanted the installation to be done , luckily we selected cash on delivery instead of paying them via card. Nobody turned up on the date and time the installation was booked, no notification or call from them , hence we followed up to see what is the reason why nobody turned up for the doing the installation , to our surprise they inform us that they will first do site survey based on their availability, hence we cancelled it . To top off it , they call us back in the night to reconfirm our order which was cancelled in the afternoon. One good thing was that we didn’t pay first or else we would be stuck on the whims and fancies of their service team . Recommend you guys , never place any installation service on the site . It is just for showing that they are digital but they can hardly process one simple order of installation

Extremely poor customer service. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get an installation scheduled for my dishwasher. They first delivered a broken unit. The unit was finally replaced (delivery team didnt speak English and couldnt find my address), and I am now since three weeks trying to schedule the installation which I bought online. I have called dg Help 21 times and spent 3+ hours on the phone with them, and they have not managed to even get the installation team to call me back to schedule the installation! I am shocked of the incompetence of this company. I just spoke to them again and learned that they had not escalated the case although the various agents have told me theyve escalated.I will never buy anything from Sharaf DG again, I am ashamed to have been taken for a fool by them for weeks now, and still the simple installation is not done.

Extremely poor after sale service for the Asus laptop that I picked up from Sharaf DG Ibn Battuta mall. Have been following up on a replacement charger for a while for which I have agreed to pay. Sent numerous emails and even messaged Sharaf DG on their social media pages but no one has bothered to revert on time. It’s been close to 1 1/2 months since I first requested for a replacement charger and as a result my child is struggling with his school learning.Hoping this complaint will yield some result.New job number 210000219727

Incredibly unprofessional. I had brought my Mac laptop to them because of an issue in the keyboard. This was the sole reason. Not only were they unaware of Apples own warranty, when they returned the device they proudly told me no problem with the battery!They had not even checked my keyboard. I have no clue why they kept my device for so long. Also lied about company policy to wipe devices completely when no other service centre did this. Issue still persists. Do NOT go here.

Excellent response and completely empathetic to customer needs, my laptop was having an issue and Ms.Aditi was super helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement set as I did not have a spare laptop although she had to wangle it by needing her super bosses to sign off, it is surprisingly pleasant to see such high standards of customer orientation, Sharaf DG you certainly have an asset hope you are able to move her up in the right direction. Thank you!

Call center quality is extremely bad, where I have been waiting for 15 minutes, the funny part is that I am 2nd in the queue, and suddenly I am moved to number 4 in the queue and wait time changes every 30 seconds for 10 minutes to 6 minutes then to 15 minutes. Totally not professional, and wrong processes in place to manage contact center...Update: after they responded they took all information, that was on Thursday, they said they will come back to me with the cost if not same day, it would be on Saturday, today we are Tuesday and still zero response back! this is frustrating to waste time waiting the call center, and speaking and explaining the needed to the support guy, and no response back in terms of cost.

On their website it said they would repair my screen in an hour, when I went there they said it would take 3 days and when I showed him their own website he didnt believe me. After a bit of arguing he said that he could get it repair in a day when other places that I have tried do it in under an hour.

Hi allI have bought Samsung smart tv from them on 28/05/2020 unfortunately until this moment the product has not been delivered and in my 20 years of UAE life I have not experienced such worst customer service that neither they know the status nor they have proper response .With this team definitely Sharaf DG will loose their name and fame soon. have any one have an experience of waiting for 20 minutes to talk to a customer service in UAE thru telephone?I pray no one should have my experience being a customer

My Mac Book Pro display went off completely showing back screen. I called several repair centres and all of them told me more than 300 AED for diagnose only.I called apple care and they advised me to visit Sharaf DG time square. They fixed my Mac book free of charge and even did not charge for diagnose.I got it back in 1 week.I highly recommend DG sharaf time square. Visit them first before you go to others.

I bought 11 pro max, it was getting switched off with in 10 days of buy. When I returned it to them for repair. They are giving excuses to to repair/replace immediately.This is how they treat the customer.

Not recommended. 4 to 5 days to replace iPhone battery. I called other Apple Authorized Center and they said it will take 4 hours. They said that we need 4 days to diagnose and test the phone and replace battery and we will also format your phone. It doesnt make sense to take 4-5 days to replace a battery for a perfectly working iphone. All this doesnt make any sense. Although I had good experience with them before but I am never going back to this service center again.
