They are a good service centre. The issue short of manpower at front desk which causes losing precious time. More customer service support and hospitality required here. So much communication gap unfortunately with customers. Few dedicated agents need to be here just to talk walking customers. Overall good service. Still happy here and will visit again. I cant believe that HP has set up such unprofessional employees to handle their service center in Dubai . Zero Customer Service Experience. Horrendous Experience. I have to branch out to the local market to get it done. Please hire professional people 🙏 Pick up service mentioned but no one picks it up. We have to keep travelling by taxi and go there.

This is the WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!! Service Center I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!Unprofessional customer service, they tagged the status as unit ready after more than one month of following up back and forth via email and calls but when we get there, they said it is still under repair!they are wasting our time, money and effort! i didnt know that fixing a printer will take more than one month, it is 1 month and 3 weeks as of this writing!Very unprofessional! I chose them because I thought they are good as they are tagged as authorized service center of HP!

Worst experience ever. especially if you dont live right next to them, cause you have to pay them 100 visits.After giving them my laptop for the 5th time in the last 2 months, they kept it for 14 days just to send it back with a report saying the laptop has no issues at all. I didnt rush and wrote a review instead I waited for the issue to rise cause I was so sure that it will happen again, after 7 days from my last visit something happened, (screen is attached) I dont know if they just dismiss the issues in my under-warranty laptop or what, but I wish someone could help, cause I spent 11,000 AED on a laptop to have a piece of mind while working on it, instead, I am just giving them the computer, they format it and delete all my files and programs then after weeks they give it back for me to have the same issues again and again.

Not in the game.Replacement battery and mains adaptor for Dell laptop would require minimum 7 to 10 days on special order.3rd party company sourced and fitted original replacements the same day, including collection and return, for almost the same price (less by a few dhs).

The place is the absolute worst when it comes to repairing laptops. There are few reasons as to why I have given 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I could have given nothing but you cannot submit a review like that.I gave a ThinkPad E590 for repairing and they told me 15 days. 15 days have passed and I have them numerous calls and emails with no answer and just ticket number with no acknowledgement for the enquire that have been placed forth. They could atleast have picked up the phone and give an answer but they didnt. I have to go to them personally and get my laptop. Surprise Surprise! The laptop wasnt even repaired. I had to take my laptop unrepaired. Those days cost me my works and projects delayed.Now, the reason why I am giving them the benefit of the doubt is because this is happened during corona season and as a result the part can always get delayed and may never reach. But then again, they could have send an email or picked up the damn phone and give us that reason so that we can understand.The reason why I gave my laptop here is because they are the authorised personnel for repairing laptops of major OEMs. I could have give to third party shop but I didnt want to risk it because there are important data on my laptop.I would have to see if they can keep their work after corona. I wanna see if they can perform well to the letter.

Real good people at Muhaisina branch. Starting from security, office boy, and the counter staff.I wouldn’t be happy to recommend this company as the call center will reply your calls probably after 15 20 minutes hold.Quotation will be received after almost a week to 10 days with continuous follow up.Good luck to someone whose work is held up

I had given my laptop and was told 3-5 working days later I would receive the quote, got upset and started calling after 7 working days! They still have my laptop at time of writing this review. I work with laptops and know what parts of my laptop needed repair but since it was under warranty I took it there plus it needed battery replacement as well! Now after one month of back and forth emails and calls (which take 15 minutes to get off hold) they have finally sent the quotation exactly 1 month and 7 days later! They are charging 2000 aed for repair and have listed the same part in the quotation twice as it has 2 names (upper cover/ lcd top cover 570/380 respectively)! This is unbelievable service plus unacceptable rates! Even in worst case scenario I wouldn’t recommend these guys if u have hp laptop they also have a sharaf dg authorized service center go there rather than here!Edit :Ok so finally the edit is here! Cross the road over to Al Ain Center aka computer plaza and the first shop to the left is computer plaza go there instead I had been given my quote within 2 days of submission and full repair was done in 4! All the listings ensure had done had been wrong as only the hinges and hinge covers needed replacement! Ensure were charging 225 per hinge and 120 per hinge cover along with other listings that totaled to 2250 AED computer care gave me the laptop fully repaired for just under 400 AED! Please just save the hassle and go there instead of ensure services!

Not happy with the service so far. Visited the place in fahidi center and dropped my laptop for repair. I was informed that I will receive a quotation in 3 working days. When I did not receive the quote in 3 working days, I started calling them but nobody answered for 2-3 days. Finally I dropped an email for which they replied after another 2 days and informed me that they are still waiting for an update from the laptop brand and will communicate with me once the quote is ready. So just to get the quote it has been almost 2 weeks and I don’t know how much longer it will take for the repair.

Very bad serviceNot a professional at all.They kept on not saying the truth.Even they replied on my comment and asked me to call them, but as usual.... useless services coz they are monitoring it from outside the country.About my issue, i gave them the laptop, they for repair, they said the issue in motherboard and they changed it with expensive price 1300aed, and i agreed coz i needed to work on my laptop..... after few month, it stopped again and i went back... they kept it with them without any maintenance as they were afraid from me to discover that the issue wasnt in the motherboard. I opened a case for the replacement of my bran new lenovo keyboards for more than two months and no response to email or call even after visiting physically the service center twice. They replaced my laptop battery, and I liked the pickup and return service. However, my laptop has a couple of problems afterwards that Ensure wouldn’t accept as being caused by their technician. The first was my keyboard which felt different when I typed; the keys weren’t replaced correctly. The second was the wifi. The signal kept dropping every few minutes. I eventually took this to an independent repair shop in discovery gardens. They found that the wifi card was loose. The wifi then worked fine.

Take back everything positive I said, the quote was 1k for a battery and two fans. Its ETA on the parts were 7-10 days, its been 21 days and I still havent got any response. The call center take 6 minutes to answer, and they say the same thing and nothing changes. The email services are a scam too.

So far I had a terrible experience with this service, not failing any of the poor quality, lack of professionalism, no updates and no response, if you dont follow up you can forget your product and service requested. 1 week now since service has been done and not able to get my laptop delivered in same city location !! They define what are problem in the quote. If not accept the quote and charge 50 AED or if accepted quote and it will charge only service of parts.

This is my update so far. Numerous calls, three generic email responses, and no information. This is the fourth week of no response. Here is part of my recent email:My frustration continues to mount at the lack of a meaningful responses to my questions, and the amount of time it has taken to look at what should be a simple assessment of the printer. Nobody has even addressed me by my name, meaning that you cant even bothered to look on the system to check my name, or if the work order has been completed. I specifically asked someone to call me as I am not satisfied, and again no response of meaning, but yet another generic Dear customer email .

I came to ensure services to fix my Alienware keyboard shift key wasnt working. They kept my laptop for 1week and after that they changed the keyboard. After a week I went to company the problem was still there. They didnt check if they fix anything they just gave the laptop to me. Again I said fix it and they changed the motherboard. When I come back the motherboard was showing from the top vent. They forgot to put the cover on. This is third time I come here and still they made everything worst. They said wait here well fix it now and right now Im sitting in waiting room for 1hour still no news. This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Uneducated people are in charge here.

The Team (Arun) servicing customers are very unprofessional and have no clue of customer services or aware on how to handle issues report on the hardware handed over for servicing or repairs and you end up wasting your time visiting the location with no fruitful out and unfortunately major brand like Microsoft and HP is recommending Ensure Services...
