Very bad service, poor communication and attitude.Delivery of box takes more than 12 days, and keeps promising that they will deliver it tomorrow.Huge organizations like Bein should find better distributors/partners in the UAE
The Bein UAE agent is very helpful and always ready to solve the problems ASAP.Good customer service and professional technician when he visited my place he solve my problems very fast.

I have renewed my membership with Bein sports on Jan 2nd and i was told a team will get in touch with me to do the installation for the new receiver since my box was very old. After a day or two i got this call and i shared my location waiting for the technician to show up, they kept on postponing for the first 10 days. After 10 days one technician showed up and he was not able to install the new box and not all the channels were there. He said he will come back in two days with his senior technician and i agreed because i had no other choice. that was around 10th of Jan and today we are mid of Feb and this guy still did not show up and he is avoiding my calls :These are their contact numbers1) +971 56 693 8359 main contact who was not answering my calls2) +971 55 2447561To conclude i regret every penny i spent on this service due to this poor service
I didn’t believe that I called beIN sports on October 2020 after recommendation from them that I well need a technician to fix an issue in my receiver and dish but I have to pay first about 65 usd , and the technician came when ?? After 10 wks = 2.5 months from the order ( payment)and of course I called in between like 6 times, each time around 20-30 min ( international minutes) , because you have to explain the problem each time and until they collect the data..... etc , anyhow at the end the technician came as I mentioned after 10 wks ( changed the LNB ) and he left but after like 2-3 hrs the same problem happened again, and I called the technician next day so that he can come ( one time he answered one time no , give promise to come then he doesn’t come) so I had to call customer service again to help me and guess what was the reply: sorry sir you should have called us immediately after he fixed it and you have to make another order and pay again 65 usd ..... I don’t believe so I told them thanks for just talking money and not fixing the issue for like 3 months ( really inconvenient) and I well get another technician by my side
The 4K device I installed 2 weeks back has a loud noise do you know why ? And can I change it to other device ?
