I had an emergency repair work to be carried out with my Discovery Sports cars over the weekend and found Quick Fit Auto services online. Although this was my first time, the experience was amazing from the start when the online help desk took my request till the completion of work. My car was assigned to supervisor Michael who is very professional, reliable and ensured that the job was completed on time. Took my car to Michael, and was not disappointed at all. Was very transparent the whole time, and was able to finish the work very fast. Please please please be careful when dealing with this grage .dont pay any down payment for parts . It took them 1month plus to get the part then when they got it I drove the car one day and return it to them because it was under power . They order another part and made me pay another down payment and untill now since20 May I cant drive my car because of them .. to many promsise and extremely unprofessional

Ford Edge 2013 model AC issue. Warm air from driver side vents and cool air from pax side vents. I was not ok with their assessment of the problem. I got a very good response and assurance from their BDM Saad to resolve the issue. Appreciate his professionalism as he understands every customer is valuable and prioritizes organizational reputation.

Wonderful in all ways. I was visiting my mom for a few days, when all of a sudden I heard a horrible noise underneath the car. I called, and they sent a tow truck right away. Everyone was great. My experience with Quick Fit was only good because of Michael, one of the sale advisors. I was having many issues with my Peugeot over a period of time and each time Michael was there to assist and to reassure me that he will do everything he could to get my car right. Michael’s communication is excellent and his support continued even after I received the car back fixed, just to check that everything was still ok.

Dont ever take your german cars there.they will give you list of items to sort out any repair and still they will not be able to fix..dont have basic intruments to check fault..it is purely hit and trial.on top of that they dont guarantee their repair..their source of income is material cost which is 50% higher than what is in market.I had one issue with my audi q5 ,when i came here ..and left this place with multiple issue after spending almost 10k aed...it went into waste...

Excellent and professional service. Cam belt changed on my aston martin all done on the same day. Highly recommended. Im very particular about letting just any garage service my car and I can honestly say theses guys will look after your car and do a good job.My advice to anyone looking for a good garage. I moved house and sadly my choice of garage that looked after me for many years was too far away now and finding an honest garage to replace them wasnt easy. Probably the best little mechanic shop Ive ever been to. We have an older Lexus IS 250 that we neglected and these guys brought it back from the dead, not only did they do it for less, they did everything right and nothing extra. Our car has honestly never run better and weve been to a lot of shops. All of our cars will be serviced here from here on out and so will our family members.

Difficult to deal with. Phoned to ask about installing after market lift kit (all the new suspension parts are with me) told on the phone it would take 2 days to fit the lift kit, which seems a long time!!! Invited to go to garage at anytime for a survey and quote. Once at the garage told they are closed for lunch and I had to come back later, website states open 8am to 9pm. Clearly not interested in customer service or new business

This shop was recommended to me by my dealer. I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Traverse for engine rebuild (out of the pocket, not claiming insurance). Freddy was amazing. He gave me the least expensive and most fair quote Ive received as well as a speedy fix. A job that was supposed to take 1 week was completed in 3days ,allowing us to have the car on time for the weekend. The car was cleaned (also inside which was an unexpected nice surprize). Avoid this place. They charge upmarket prices but deliver sloppy and poor work. Went back for something they failed to do properly the first time and they charged me the full amount again. Communication is difficult and unreliable, constantly making promises and failing to deliver.

Amazing experience with Quick fit. Our Porche came up with misfires and a flashing check engine light. After trying to diagnose the issue ourselves we determined it was time to get it in to the shop.Quick fit was booked up for the next couple weeks but let us know to check back and see if they had room to drop it off and would try to work on it between appointments since it is our only vehicle - we live in Marina so are pretty car-dependant. We were able to drop it off early and the very next day they called to let us know they had determined the fix and the car would be ready by the end of the day for a very reasonable price! I will be going back for any other issues in the future. These guys are great and Ryan was very helpful in helping diagnose what the probable causes were on the phone. Love these guys. THANKING YOU! I was looking for a dealer alternative workshop and i found Quick Fit Auto Center. I was really amazed to see a proper system, my car was properly checked in, then i got a comprehensive inspection report with visuals, an estimate and my car was fixed and delivered back to my place. And they delivered back on the same day nice and clean. If you own a Mercedes or BMW, you know what it is like to have a deep emotional relationship with a delicate and sophisticated machine. We own two, my newer E350 and my wifes older R350. Wouldnt trust them to anyone else. The minute my factory warranty came off my car, right to Quick fit auto . They have kept my wifes R350 with over 160,000 miles running like a champ for years. The service and staff are great, they know what they are doing clearly, on these very complex machines, and the price is about HALF of what you will pay at the dealership. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my baby. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. i love Quick Fit

Coming almost a years time I use the services of Quickfit for sometime. during february I bring my car in because I was facing a weird scratch sound on the back left side of the car. i have an Audi Q7 and arsalan was the men handling my vehicle. some period later I shifted to his cousin armaghan who was good at keeping me updet with all the needed. recently I brang my vehicle back and worked with another guy who was the complete opposite. so bad at attending the phone calls, did not give updet, always telling me will get back, thye delay me 4 extra days n its hard for me to work because I am in sales and I need my car to work. even tho my car is still coming the same sound as I previously complained.not hapy with manager name saad in this shop. im just engry not professional from my adviser n the managementnow I have been contact by armghan and his staff at his professional gerage at worth autos in al quoz . they solve the issues that quickfit failed to solve.

Came to this place about a month ago based on great reviews and it didn’t disappoint, so I had to repay the favor! I took my car in and they were able to tell me what was wrong within 24 hours, talk me through the repairs necessary, and fix it quickly. I was only out of a car for two days and it’s been running great since - none of the issues I previously had! Everyone was super nice and helpful, definitely worth the money.

Took my car to a auto shop for a over heating problem 3000drh and still didnt fix the problem they told me it would another 2750 to fix what they thought was the problem. Finally I took my car to the quick fit auto and they fixed my car for less than what cost to not have it fixed. These guys restored my faith in having a good mechanic, they even told me about thing that were wrong , that I had know idea about. They dont just take your money and rush you out of the shop, but they explain things about your car to you. I live in Al nada, but I will never have a problem taking my car here cause I know I will be well taken care of. i love you Quick fit

Sad that you cant give a minus star for the utterly shoddy unprofessional work ethic and behaviour.I had kept my Ford escape for minor service and I got a call saying its serviced, tested and washed and ready for pickup.I reach there and when i take my keys and go to the car its not washed...minor irritant when ive specifically been told its ready.So i wait for another 30 mins, only to be given a shoddily washed car. Grease stains on bonnet, seats not vacuumed.Never again.Hi, Iam responding to your response. You have called me to apologise and make up for the previous poor service. I appreciate the gesture and thank you for that.I dont feel you should lay all the blame on Brian as i found him to be courteous and personally feel its not the done thing to name and blame your employees. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!Id call them dishonest, incompetent and liers reason for my this review is as follows;in April 2020 I took my BMW 750LI to them because of vibration and they diagnosed the propeller bearing needs replacement and also theres oil and coolant leakage which needs to be fixed I agreed and they did the following work for AED10K;Engine oil leakage fixingReplacement of propeller shaft bearingsCoolant leakage fixingTransmission serviceOn 30/4/2020 they came in to drop my car after repairs after an hour when I went out to check all coolant was drained under the car so I asked them to fix again which they didIn August 2020 (only after 3 months) propeller shaft bearing again broke I sent the car to them asking for a reason service guy tells sir this is not bearing problem its propeller rod this time estimated cost AED 8k so I picked up the car sent it to Umm Ramool the mechanic said propeller shaft bearing broken he replaced it for AED 900/- (so these guys lied to avoid warranty claim). Now today I went for an oil change and I was shown oil leakage again it was repaired by them.Im attaching photos and job card as proofP.S they charge huge margins on spare parts I have proof also if someone interested

Also, I had two vehicles there on back to back days, and they gave me a significant discount because of the repeat business. Highly recommend.

I have an 8 year old SUV that I absolutely love but also hadnt showed the love to it mechanically. Quickfit, from the minute you walk in, really show their experience and customer service. They explain everything they will do, and in my-case, outline the work that needs to be completed (along with photos) so you really understand what is going on and ultimately be in control of the work so I could make the right decisions. They were efficient, friendly and its just a fantastic place to take your car to be serviced. If there was a 10 out of 5 star rating. Completely would give it.But take my 4 star
