I bought Aftron Split unit and still under warranty and its compressor was not working. They took more than two weeks to repair it with about 30 times to call them to respond and come and repair it, and their technician refused to fix it and they want me to bring another technician on my cost to fix it. They have the worst repair and service department I ever saw in my life.

Product quality is seriously bad. I bought a refrigerator and washing machine, not even one month I had issue with washing machine somehow issue got resolved after lots of emails and calls. Now since three months my refrigerator not working. After so many follow ups and repairing team came and took the refrigerator and said that it’s not repairable. I got five yrs extended warranty for these products and just imagine not even a year I had these issues. More over when I ask for solution from customer service team, they said buy new one. What a feedback from such big company 😁
