Nice decent place.Entry doesnt include grip socks so you have to buy them separately. And these socks has to be from them, you cant use any other ones if you already have one.You have to pay for adult entry that can be redeemed at cafe.Place is nice. Keep on checking their social media for special offers because they run alot of offers.

Jump box is a great and fantastic place even during COVID -19 it is a great place especially in the summer where it is hot and we have got to stay active adults are also allowed in all areas the reason I gave it 4 not 5 stars is because the place for a birthday party is not the best idea since there was around 60% of the staff not so cheerful to get the kids all excited and there was 40% of the satay being cheerful all in all it is an amazing place to go check out but not for birthday party

I celebrated my daughter birthday this month at Jumpboxx and everything was organized well by very nice staff. The kids severed food was good the kids loved it. In general it’s a good place for play and birthday parties. My only suggestion is to open a small corner for specialize coffee like Starbucks or costa will be really great for parents over there.Thanks Jumpboxx

The twins were invited to spend a day at Jumpboxx. For the most part it was nice because we were the first at the park and got to spend a good amount of time on the trampolines without any disturbance or worry of social distancing. Other than that, unfortunately the one section I think my twins (3) would have enjoyed the most, the soft play area + trampos was closed. Overall, it was a decent experience despite being limited to one area of the park only.

Place is nice, clean and has a soft play area.for the younger ones. 1hr is 79aed for a child to jump but they will only accept their own branded socks even if you brought better quality ones so you will have to buy new onee. They also charge adults to sit in the cafe: not great.

The place is ok but the service standards could do with a mighty overhaul. The staff at the counter go about their work without much interaction with the guest, no smiles, no proactive explanation of rules; just a shrug of the shoulders and a robotic ushering in of patrons. They arent bothered to explain why their socks are the only ones prescribed for their trampolines or why, inspite of insisting on a cover charge for adults, their cafe is so poorly stocked. Three stars because at least their facilities have been maintained well.

They have an offer till 31st dec. Place is big. Polite staff. Parents sgould bring their socks to be allowed go near your kids to watch them while they play. Parking at the basement is free. Google map doesnt works perfectly.

The location itself is quite remote for regular city dwellers. But in this heat, I needed an indoor activity for the children. The soft play area for the babies/toddlers is a lot like any Magic Planet play area, perhaps less engaging. For the same price, I wouldve taken her there instead, and so much more accessible. The grown ups area was boring. Most of the features were closed down (due to distancing protocol) andy 9-year d got bored bouncing in one area consistently. The snacks are over priced, as they tend to be in these places. But because it is part of an outdoor mall, the kids can run around a bit before and after and other meal options are available.

Decent place for kids to play.... beware of additional costs..be prepared to shell out 19 bucks per adult for redeemable voucher in their very expensive cafe.. getting their socks @13 bucks a pair is also compulsory even though u might have a pair from another place like bounce.

Kids enjoyed a lot, during summer this is the best place to drain their energy in cooled covered places. Some games were closed cause of corona but still they jumped and sweat.

As a family we enjoy going there, we jump and jump and jump.. Its an amazing sport for everyone and gives you a great connection with your kids ( since you feel like a kid and you can fly up up high).. We like how the music they play there it gives more and more power.Last tuseday we went since they had an offer but it was so crowded but they organized that.Highly recommended for all family members ( who like to have fun).

The place is amazing and exceptional but the girl at the reception is very rude (her name is Alma) she is ruining the beauty of this wonderful kids place. She doesn’t respect customers and doesn’t speak politely. She has zero customer service skills.

I completely agree that children safety is not the priority here!As you can see in pictures, younger children are admitted to the jump area. When I asked the attendant, he said that it is based on age not physical fitness!!I believe they need to review their safety policy and consider physical fitness over age.

Worst Trampoline Park ever!I fully appreciate that the children need grip socks for jumping for safety reasons. We had two from jumpboxx but couldnt find a 3rd pair for my youngest. We have many other socks from the other UAE trampoline parks so I popped one of those on. Jumpboxx refused to let my daughter jump with these other branded socks. Jumpboxx socks cost 13aed over double what other places charge so I had no choice but to buy another pair. Lets not even begin to mention the environmental impact these rules have.Also as parents you are forced to pay for admission which is also another insanely ridiculous and money making element. They make it sound better by allowing you to redeem it at the cafe.The final nail in the coffin, the trampoline park was EMPTY...I could hear crickets..... the photos below show how empty it was with only 1 other jumper.....and yet they wouldnt allow them to start jumping 10minutes earlier than the session time written on the wristband.All in all I WILL NOT be visiting again.

The place is really nice for kids and mine enjoy it. However, I will only give it 3 stars because it is a ripoff for parents! Here is why:1. The prices are crazy for a simple 1 hour jumping area compared to other places that offer the same service2. They force you to buy their VERY over priced socks even though you have your own socks from a different place. So, the purpose here is not child safety, it is milking you for more money3. They force you to buy from their cafeteria (which serves awful coffee) buy forcing you to pay admission fees if you have a kid less than 5 years old and then covert the admission fees to cafeteria vouchers which you will end up paying more if you are a couple.4. They make you sign this safety release form that will release them from any injury even if their place is not up-to-codeMy advice to you .. Look for another place that offer the same service which much less prices and more decent services

Worst worst worst customer service!!! If i can give less than negative star i will give. They let all the adults to pay even we are full family and we already pay for 6 kids, they said if we will not pay we cannot stay inside even outside in their waiting area, we have to wait outside jump boxx! Also last visit, my sister is complaining to us she have 5 kids and 1 baby 10 months old, there is african guy told them that 10 months old must pay full amount. Then ofcourse my sister did not agree so she bring his 10 months old son inside, that staff told her that the baby must not touch anything in the soft play area. Meaning the baby must only be carried by the mother and she cannot bring down the baby to crawl and sit in their precious place😡

Boring, for kids 6 years old.They forced me to buy their branded socks while we have exactly the same socks but from different brand, while the whole meaning of the socks is the safety of our kids, not to make more profit for them.Staff are not helpful.There was only 1 staff handling the 2 jumping areas.In general its waste of money.

Not a safe place for my kids they didnt finish the time, the management allow kids to leave aged from 10 to 2.5 years alone. They even asked them to leave alone. Totally, unprofessional and not safe.

Great offer! Half the price from groupon!Had lots of fun, theres a special que for online tickets, like a fast track. I recommend you sign the waiver at home to save time, however if you forget to do so there are computers available. Socks are 12aed. Friendly, understanding staff. Water is 5aed from the cafe a bit overpriced, I recommend you get your own. Also, although they state no phones allowed, many are taking photos and videos and staff dont say anything(this is inconvenient especially for conservative females during ladies night).Overall great experience! Its a must try!

Great place. Fun atmosphere. They are very good with children and the manager Lassad is very kind and knowledgeable. He and his staff were always present and cleaning continually checking on the kids.

Nice place , hardly you can spend 30mins, after that you get exhaust. Hidden charges for the pair of socks overall average as compare to other places.

Best place for trampoline

We live in the area and I have a very energetic son who loves it here and is always bugging either me or his father to bring him for a 2-hour Jump. The staff are friendly and efficient on check in and they often have special offers. My only comment would be that in the jumping area itself the staff are not as vigilant at monitoring the play which can sometimes get a bit rough. Not the fault of the team, it’s only natural and they can’t have eyes everywhere, but we’ve had torn t-shirts and other tales of arguing. But it hasn’t stopped my son from wanting to keep coming back!

Second they force you to pay as an attender just to sit in the cafe ! Third their rules are so strict, no high jumps no flips, some areas are closed like the foam ! Fourth if the kids sit aside to rest the instructor inside screams at them and tell them not to sit ! Fifth the place is divided into age groups 3-5 / 5-10 / 10-16 which is not cool if i have 2 kids and the only age difference is 1 year they cant play together ! Its a joy killer place, other jumping places are WAY BETTER AND MORE FUN !

Its a really nice place .. my 8 years old boy really enjoys it a lot . They have a playing area for younger kids as well. Toilets are clean .. the only problem that they charge for the special socks while all other trampoline places dont charge ..so if you have purchased their socks before make sure you take it with you .convenient parking space and free for 2 or 3 hours .

Its a total body workout pure jump sessions for kids and adults you can book and have your little ones birthday here but you can also join women club for some workout plan.Teen parties and much more,your kids and you are inn safe hands as this place have gym and at ground instructors.Its absolutely fun.

Very crowded on weekends, no place for adults (who are not jumping), to sit.. there is a cafe.. but definitely not enough seats there.. and on top of that, they take in many more people than that can possibly accommodate..They charge for adult entry, and dont provide enough space for adults to even sit..!Very badly managed..

In a city that offers loads of entertainment for kids they should show more consideration for their customers. I understand every place has their own rules but fix your customer service in order to get better business. Won’t be taking my kids here anytime soon

Also with kids under 12 years old, they have to be accompanied by their parents(catch22!!!)...For online booking it cost 69 aed to play, at the park it cost 79 aed to play...socks for kids cost 13 aed...Avoid this place if your kids are under 12 years old.
