Very nice play to stay.The bedrooms are magnificent.The personnel is really nice as well, even tho we had some issues sometimes to communicate with them.The bedroom cleaning is amazingly efficient.Dont forget to visit the all you can eat sushi downstairs, which is just delicious.

This is probably one of my most favorite hotel apartments in Dubai. You know why?1. Metro Station is just a stone-throw from the hotels entrance2. I always feel comfortable when I know Im safe as even access through its balconies have waivers for your own risks.3. Facilities are well-maintained4. Staff are great! They deserve a pat on the back. Shoutout to Ms. Laima (not sure if I got her name right but shes in-charge in the reservation lobby). She has upgraded me twice and Im sure the last one was because no room was available based on my requests. Thanks for the warm welcome! See you again soon. Cheers!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early.The stuff was kind helpful especially abdulfatah he was very beneficent.The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice place. My only complaint was it took way too long for our room to get ready. We had 3 rooms and it took hours.

I dont recommend this hotel, specifically with price paid.. After more than 3 months the dishwasher is not working and I complained more than 15 times and they never done anything about it.. Imagine, with all this amount paid, my wife washes the dishes every day with her hands.. And regarding the cleaning (except for young boy from Pakistan), I dont want even to start.. My honest advice - with this money you can find a much better hotel.

The hotel has a squash court on the high floor. Been here a few times, really good facility in the middle of the city.

Everything started perfect. They allowed us to check-in early, the room was ok, not as new as it seems tough.The problem started when we had to check-out early. My father passed away and we had to leave early in the morning around 9.00AM. My husband gave the card to reception and said that we are checking out. I was around with the luggages and trying to find a taxi desperately to go to airport to go back to Turkey. Of course our priority was not the refund. After 3 days, they contacted my husband that we are not in the room, did we checkout, and they could refund 3 days. Of course we were mad because everything was recorded that we checked out, we were not there, we could prove that we left the country that day etc.Last week they said ok, they could refund the remaining days, this week they are saying that we didn`t say we checked out. They have been really pain in this process like we haven`t had enough yet.In short, they are not helpful if you are in trouble, they just add more fuel to the fire...

Actually me and my colleagues didn’t stay. We just have our dinner in SUSHI CAFE and the service is super awesome. The Sushi Filipino Chef Renato is superb and the Person-in-charge Sir Farhan is very helpful and accommodating. The place is highly recommended. Absolutely Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is above average compared to others. Facilities need renovation. Room space is adequate but furniture is not properly placed . I had a difficulty to settle the sofa bed due to limited space. The TV channel list is messed up and variaties need visiting.

It was ok for my 2-week stay but I will not return. There so many better alternatives in Dubai.+ large apartment+ great view !+ super large fitness center for a hotel+ comfortable bed+ kitchen in the apartment (w/o oven)+ next to the metro for a quick ride to emirates mall or further into the city+ have a small mini-Supermarkt & a gimmicks Sales office in the building+ I like internet city in general+ Osama, the tour seller, is very kind and helpful- staff was quite impolite or very inattentive (there were days I waited 20 min for a coffee during a low visited, like 15 people, breakfast; the lady at the gym entrance treats u like work...)- general I had not the impression that the staff “cares” which is for me key in a well led hotel- taking care of building (e.g. the sitting area behind the shisha place, broken tiles, bathroom area,...)- low quality food. I stopped eating breakfast at day 3 because if the very low quality. Restaurant‘s quality is not much better. Cafe & juice place on lobby area is fine.Further info* Pool area is small so not of a relaxation* no alcohol license* the area has in general not much to see

Staying here for almost 3 months and because i had to extend my stay for 10 days for self isolation, every time i order some groceryies or food , the concierge team treating me like i am garbage, like i stay for free, have never been put in this situation by a place where you pay money to stay. if you want peace of mind and to get treated as a paying customer please, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!EDIT: i totally forgot to mention they charge a certain amount like 2-3 %,cant remember exactly, when you want to pay using a credit card ... in year 2021, getting charged for paying with A CREDIT CARD :)) , i thought it was a joke at first, but sadly NO.So basically forcing you to pay with cash, which is totally not recomended if we are speaking about covid 19 precautions mr. manager.

I liked the excellent service at the long term residence. During the pandemic, we had to leave all our things there and travel back home. But the hotel apartment service ensured that our things were kept safely in storage. When we returned, we got back all our stuff. A great big thanks to the Two seasons family!

Really really stressful stay.. After paying upfront for a year through a third party holiday rental company (that 2 seasons chose to partner with) we kept on being l locked out of our rooms on a daily basis.Sometimes we were waiting till 8pm because the hotel management wouldnt allow us to go back in to our room (as our third party, that the hotel chose to partner with, hadnt paid for our stay).The managers are inflexible (not even allowing us to get our chargers in our room to use our phones to contact the third party about being locked out of our apartment which we had paid for) and there is a deep sense of I dont care about your situation from the management team. (as a reminder the hotel chose to work with that third party company). They also watched us move in to the apartment with all of our belongings and furniture but knew that the third party had not paid for our 1 year stay, after 7 days we were getting locked out of the room.... And we are now moving again after just 2 weeks in this atrocity. Total stress, exacerbated by a completely useless hospitality provider.On top of that, WE HAD TO CLEAN our room when we moved in and get the sofa and headboard professionally cleaned from our own pocket.Needless to say, we do not recommend this place.

I stayed in this hotel for regulation quarantine for 2 weeks. Hotel is clean , staff are friendly and helping. They maintained quarantine requirements and ensured the proper hygiene standards. Mrs.Melvir kept the room tidy on daily basis and adhered to COVID-19 guidelines.Reception is helping and advising whenever sought.

A huge and very well maintained property

Rooms are good and staff is polite of front desk but not able to get Indian breakfast or after request we get same thing everyday which is not upto the mark as we stayed for long 10 days and for that you need to make arrangement for family stay.Rest all things goods not up top the mark and standards.

We stayed here for 10 days. And my father was in quarantine. The health relations manager told us they will provide us with the door to door step services for the PCR test. But they were rude and uncooperative. Very ignorant staff and very unprofessional. As its the service apartments duty to call a service for COVID testing. Since we are restricted here. And they said they will and later when we asked about the service for the COVID test. They act as if they dont know anything and simply left the patient uninformed. We cant move out of the hotel as per the Health authorities and moreover stuck because of the pathetic services the TWO SEASONS HOTEL DUBAI! We are just genuinely stuck here. This is the worst experience in Dubai and moreover the WORST HOTEL stay in Dubai. THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROPER MEASURES FOR QUARANTINE PATIENTS.10 DAYS GAVE NO CLEANING SERVICE OR SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM!We are just waiting for the negative result and leave this pathetic service apartments ASAP.VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST TOWARDS THE GUEST.

This is the worst hotel stay I have experienced to date. Currently, long term residents are in the midst of a scam where we had a discounted rate to but pay a year up front. Currently our rent is not being paid by a 3rd party (named ‘Saltbox’). As such the hotel is using resident as a mid-way/ go-to to. Management are unprofessional and incredibly rude in their attitude towards customers... room keys are deactivated early and you are left sitting in lobbies with no notice or access to get your belongings. I do not recommend this hotel based customer service alone, let alone the fact myself and others could soon be made homeless.

I attend elixir fitness club here.They have well equipped and well maintained gym.Also squash facility is nice (but charging per person is illogical). A squash court should be charged on per hour basis.

Truly awful. Within a 1 month stay we were moved 4 times due to bed bugs. I was bitten all over. Staff offered no discount.

Memorable stay at Two Seasons hotel. The view overlooking the Sheikh Zayed road from the 18 floor is breath taking. Excellent housekeeping staff all very friendly, they go out of the way to satisfy you. Ms Marilou in particular does a neat and tidy job with the housekeeping and her line supervisors Raju Kumar and Ms Rajeena all very supportive and friendly. Nice place to be, felt like home.

We have been living at hotel apartments in Dubai for some years and Two Seasons really stands out. Here the service is tailored, I mean by that, any kind of personal requirement we have had was attended with special care. We highly recommend this hotel if you would like to be treated as part of a family.

Unpleasant stay. Do not recommend. The rooms are outdated and the kitchen is like a prison cell. Dark and not nice to cook in.On top of that it wasn’t cleaned properly on arrival so I had to clean everything myself. I used anti bacterial wipes on every surface and they were all covered in dirt.

Awesome service...room cleaning spot on loved every bit of my stay here... fantastic people willing to help if needed any how...8 different places to eat within the hotel ..... swimming, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, BBQ night... everything is perfect....and my daughter even got a cake on her birthday, was a surprise as was too tired came home and saw this on the table....will be back soon again and will be here as I loved the stay ...all I have to say is your in safe hands...and also the metro is across the road from which you can reach all the main attractions... 10/10

The hotel doesn’t care at all for it’s guests. I have been having issues with my booking company and the hotel instead of helping me with the situation, is using me as a tool. Unethical and inhuman behaviour is on display every now and then. Guests are fed lies and hollow display of help, while in the background the hotel is trying to squeeze as much money as they can from this situation.

Really enjoyed the stay in Two seasons, very nice ambience, location and neatness. I like to appreciate the hotel staff for the efforts they took to maintain the heigine especially during this epidemic crisis. The cleaning staffs especially Ms. Raidah and Mr. Nurislam done a wonderful job. They were well tuned to the satisfy the guests, and always with PPE. Keeping themselves safe and the guests too. Good job guys keep it up.

Stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment on the 37th floor with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed out time at the Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments.First, the room was very spacious, fully furnished with even a kitchen, clean and very well decorated.The rooms are comfortable, decent sized and with all the amenities you would expect. The view from our room was also very nice. Burj Al Arab on one side and Dubai Marina on the other, not bad!Location suited our needs. Near Mall of the Emirates, not far from The Palm Jumeirah as well as a just a short 10-15 minutes ride to Downtown.Breakfast has a decent selection of mostly western food.My only feedback would be to keep the buffet cleaner during the busy times. Very often the bain-marie and spoons were dirty. Simply paying more attention to that will improve the overall breakfast significantly in my opinion.Facilities are very good, gym is well equipped and the pool is just lovely. Nice view of the Burj al Arab.Can’t recommend Two Seasons enough!

Alert everyone.If you are a customer or you are a agent beware that dont ever choose two season. Their staff is not even equal to a two star hotel.Recently we had a booking for 10 nights for 5 guests and what we have face please read carefully.At the time of booking in the two bed room apartment we ask them for extra bed their staff says only sofa bed is possible and extra bed is not possible.When guest arrive at the property guest ask them that is it possible to put extra bed they say yes its possible.Seriously how nonsense is that you were refusing that extra bed is not possible and when guest arrive you say yes its possible. This pathetic and not acceptable at all because our clients was thinking that extra bed was possible but we didnt arrange for them.When we squeeze the staff and all then they say we can provide but what is the benefit when our guest was already frustrated.Forget about this one we pay them for 10 full nights and while at the check out they stop checking out our guest and ask them for early check in payment.This is not acceptable at all we pay for 10 full nights and you still asking my clients to pay for how come ?The guest was going to airport and it was night time so they pay and send us invoice after going back to home. Due to Two seasons worst service and staff behavior who dont know anything we loose one of our most precious client.Not recommended at all and will go to each and every platform to write the reality about two season hotel apartment.

Good hotel

Lack of good views were the only downside, especially from the pool. But overall lovely experience. Right next to metro and great rooms. One of the highlights of my day was talking to the doorman though, I forgot his name (I’m terrible with names in general) but he was a gentleman from Nigeria. Very calm, professional but also sincere person. Always willing to help. I would definitely visit Gloria hotel again.
