Awful experience with these people. Not sure what values their business is built on but definitely not customer service. Greedy, insulting and unprofessional. Would recommend going literally ANYWHERE else. I can’t imagine any other real estate agency being anywhere near as bad...

They will give you pathetic reasons to deduct anything from your refundable deposit.My yearly lease had expired by April 2020 but due to the lock down and restriction on movement in UAE, I had to extend my stay for a month, there was no formal contract signed, only a verbal communication and rent paid in cash for May 2020On leaving the premises, they have deducted a certain amount as Admin Fees for the extension of 1 month in the pandemic without my consent or having any formal contract
