We stay at B63 bulding and the maintenance service is very disappointing for all services they need 8 days and sometimes mone even follow up with you where we can stay if our flat is very hot and no ACre to fix AC problems

It was an unsatisfactory experience in their building parking I have used recently. The gate was opened and I parked somewhere after I finished my work and going to leave the premises at the exit point the guy charged me 30 AED .The same day morning I have used their parking for more than 3 hrs for the same purpose and it was free , so that is the reason I have went through the same facility and they charged .Out side public parking is there better and cheep.

While the call center was courteous the agent responsible for Bur Dubai Area was not at all keen Or paying attention to my query

DIRE seems to be the worst real estate in Dubai. They are unprofessional and irresponsible. Staff have no coordination among themselves. At the time of security deposit refund, they make the tenants life miserable. They never give it back on time, ask for too many documents. They never answer to calls or emails. They put the blame on other departments and ask the tenants to get clearance certificate from their own offices. Dewa clearance, original security deposit receipt & chiller fee clearance receipt are not enough for them. They are asking for something else, which even their site office manager is not aware of. It is better to forget the security refund rather than running after it.

I lived in Binjuma for 2 years. Building facilities are good but they are charging high chiller fees. They deduct 1000 AED for painting which is too high when the time of vacating and still chasing for security deposit now its being 3monts. So be consider these thing if are going with DIRE

Dire is one of the worst real estate in this country. Rude with tenant while asking for security deposit as we are asking their money. In al nahda 1 Latifa tower branch staff Mr. Nabil don’t know how to answer the tenant ,like sarcastic way he is answering, not even considering the tenant maintenance complaints while staying there, but creating the way to cut the money from security deposit. How shamelessly eating people hard earn money. SCAMMERS.

Superb customer service

They do not treat their tenants fairly. They do not care what happens once you sign the lease. They have penalties for everything and refuse to help resolve issues. I had to move for my job down to Abu Dhabi. I had lived there 7 months. The original leasing agent I had rented the flat through said if I found someone to take over my lease, it would be fine, and I since the company would still be receiving rent, I said Ok. He also said I would have to pay a fee of 2500 dirhams. So, he helped me find someone and the new tenant went with the leasing agent to the main office in Jumeirah to do the paperwork. I had signed a release of lease agreement for the new tenant. I had also moved out of the flat because I was told that I had to vacate for this new tenant asap! Well, apparently someone filed a complaint against the leasing agent’s company, so the manager of Dubai Real Estate, who was resigning in a week, refused to do any more business with the leasing agent/company. So the new tenant who was supposed to take over my lease was turned away. I went to try and figure out what was going on because no one would communicate effectively with me. Basically, I was told that I would have to pay 17,000 because I had broken the lease. I tried to explain that I had found someone and was told that I could turn the lease over to him. Although this had been done many times before me, I was not allowed to do it. So for the past 6 months, I have had to travel 3 hours once a month to pay this fine. I also had to pay 2500 for the flat to be repainted, even though I had only lived there for 7 months. They also put a case against me and I had to pay a 2000 dirham fine. So, learn from me and be careful. I will never ever rent from them again.

Stayed 9 years in the apartment. vacated the flat 100 days back. still chasing for the security deposit. Staffs are unprofessional and no one doesnt know what they do. Pathetic.

Best time to visit and get things done is 8:00am when they start.

This is the worst landlord that you could ever deal with. we have rented a very old villa at a very high price back in 2011. the villa was in a delirick state when we first moved in and due to luck of available villas at that time in jumeirah 2 we have taken it and spent over 50k to upgrade the inernal tiles; painted it many times; fixed any issues to do with plumbing ; cracks and we made a heavenly garden which cost us tons of money in DEWA bill. after 7 years of looking after this villa like our own we have decided to move to a brand new one in a different area. this landlord is now refusing to give us our full refund disputing that we should change the shower tray in the maids room and wants to charge us for a removal of soft tiles in the backyard that we put for the kids play area. i have of course refused this charges as i can remove those soft tiles myself and i would not buy a brand new shower tray for the maids room that they have given us already old 7 years ago. beware of these thieves!!! not at all recommended stay away from this company!!

Bad treatment not professionalI paid 3000 AED deposite and rented for 10 months onlyThey charged me 2000 AED painting and cleaning although I gave back the flat very clean and like brand new

Sorry to say but the worst maintenance service. They dont care about the urgency of the situations even after repeatative request. Not keeping up to the name.

I have been to their office at hessa tower to rent a flat and they have treated me with such low grade and disrespect , as if i am asking the flat for free . They speak about what is your income ,status, am i capable of paying or not , that too with such disrespectreally dissapointing
