Worst property management company. Getting a response to any issue is next to impossible. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Least interested in solving any issues or addressing tenants’ concerns. Even in emergencies!!

Worst customer service.. inquired many times about to see the property in Abuhail even booked through app. The person who supposed to show the property always say he is busy he isn’t even in the area... it’s weird only one person available in the field to take care customers..

These days everything is done by phone or online through their e services. I’ve called the customer care number many times in the last month. The best customer care representative to request is Ian. He is the most helpful person who will get the job done and answer questions in a way that’s clear and concise. Just ask to speak with him. If everyone in Dubai operated with the level of customer care as he, this would make life much less difficult and frustrating!
The worst management company in Uae. The landline tollfree is never attended. In 2 month hundred trials of dialing a landline being on the waiting mode for 20-30 min, not even once was connected to operator. Overall the worst client servicing and worst management company to deal with.
Employees are very approachable and assisted us properly on our inquiries. I have good experience with Wasl Properties. The staff has no clue about Wasl mission and value statements, the whole approach from the staff has been terrible. Customer service is a farce, and the rest are just an act showing how dedicated they are to customer happiness. By calling their offices customer happiness centres, they ensure WASL is happy, not their customers. Their attitude take it or leave it.

I wish the decision makers will adopt the western management system instead of centralized and local Arabic system in running such huge and highly influential company. They ask you to renew online and they dont offer any service when you go to the with problem finally after visiting them Eleven times they solved my problem , Call center is always busy and you might need to wait up to 18 minutes to talk to operator , Avoiding this company helps you save a lot of time , They dont allow Pets

Very unprofessional staff at Wasl Vita Branch by Mrs Noora Al Bloushi I made a lease paid them cheques and after 1 day she said that wasl is canceling your lease without any specific reasons.I want wasl properties to check this matter on urgent basis since this is wrong
