Unprofessional dealers , i have tried all their phone numbers and landlines and no correct references or any. i dont know how they work like this way ,such a sick service

Once you become their tenants, they take undue advantage and are not fair! Stay away from buildings managed by them

PLEASE DO NOT RENT DEIRA ORIENT. REALY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE,THEY DID NOT FULLY RETURNED SECURITY DEPOSIT. THE CHEQUE DATE WAS EARLIER THEN THE DATE WE VACATED WITHOUT INSPECTING THE APARTMENT THEY REDUCED 1000DHS.

Pathetic service and disgusting attitude of most staff.They dont care for their tenants and further humiliate them by not responding to any calls or mails.Some real painful maintenance issues.They want money and raw deal without giving any services to tenants.

No any customer service whatsoever... greedy company policy, now I understand why their buildings are half empty.... dont recommend at all, still have a full year contract, feel that trouble just started.

Pathetic. they never do proper maintenance. they never decrease the rent. they are more happy with you leaving since they will earn commission from new tenant. i do not recommend using their building. Actually they maintain all buildings of a guy M. Al Shafar who does not know or does not care what is happening to his tenants. so please avoid them!!

Poor maintenance service, and in the past they have been an unresponsive and unrealistic landlord, but I have to say that now they have met the market . Office staff Ms Nirma is very helpful and a star.

Management is vey greedy I am real estate agent if client go directly giving less then rate for brokers no negotiating for same clients call you directly then have less rate for them
