The design aspect is ok though not excellent, persons at the reseption are not very friendly they do not welcome the guest with a smile

Spatial building that refutes traditional definitions of office functionality. Constructed of three separate towers the building will appear as a singular unified whole, that hovers from the ground, with a distinctive free form void. The interiors of which will be clad with a fully engineered curved glass curtain wall to allow for eye-catching views into the void. Reflexive fritting patterns in the form of pixilated striations will be applied onto the glass facade to provide a degree of reflectivity and materiality to the cube while assisting in the reduction of solar gains inside the building.

Dubai is well known for his beautiful architect pieces. The Opus Tower is one of that, which attracts tourist and residents of UAE. Two concrete tower blocks, connected by steel bridge with composite slabs, and steel atrium roof Flat facades: Fully glazed unitized curtain walling, glass with mirror pattern. Typical unit module: 3.9 x 1.5 m Framing members are silver color. Void facades: Fully unitized curtain walling and cassette type system Flat, single curved, double curved, cold bent glazing. Glass is blue tinted, laminated, performance coated. Framing members straight and curved, dark blue coated. Ground floor facades: GRP composite mullions. Bulkheads: the slab- CW interface at ceiling is provided by complex shaped GRP composite element External lighting: Programmable LED system integrated to joints at void area at approx. 1.5 x 1.95 m grid Maintenance and cleaning access: Rope access hooks and rails integrated

Amazing building and futuristic feel to the entire space

Its really a magnum opus in design and build, and though it doesnt hold any records, the sheer brilliance of conception and construction, to imagine such a structure and realise it in real life takes guts and takes you by surprise.It holds all sorts of occupants, residents, offices and restaurants. Everything you need under one roof and the necessary views on a lakeside to blow you off if youve not already been taken away by all the previous points!

I only had a look i did not try any of the f and b outletsLooking forward to returning one day to experience the place properly

Very disappointed of the experience had while dining at Roka restaurant. I gave my car to valet and I got my car scratched. Since the dinner finished at 10 PM I haven’t been able to see the scratch until the next morning. While contacted the hotel representatives to check the cameras, they just washed their hands stating that the cameras are not showing. Lack of interest and no customer service support not so ever.
