Very nice staff and defiantly recommend buying from them if you are looking for a good property.I dealt with Ms.Emelyn on several occasion with my requests and she was amazing to see how it went smooth and everything was done on time .Despite other property developers you have to run after until you get one thing done , omniyat makes the whole process so smooth.Thank you !!

Its a good building for offices. Metro is nearby only 5 mins of walking distance.

I am working for my few clientss interior good view around. Spacious apartments.You will feel extra level of luxury.Pleasing place.With all essential and luxury facilities.Also one of most expensive penthouse in Dubai exist in this building.

They have serious problems with a fire alarm!This is not safe to stay in this tower at all.Sometimes you can’t hear fire alarm, or you hear it but it was just by mistake and nothing happened. So people just don’t take it serious anymore. When it was a real fire we all staid in the office, because we could hear anything. And after when I went to Omniyat management - they didn’t know what was happening, they couldn’t hear it too.Luckily we all were evacuated, but we just don’t feel safe here anymore.

As usual the buildings by Omniyat is very organised , clean and located in non crowded area

The place is looks like you are in some Hollywood movie. The floor on which I went, had black ceiling and black floor with blue neon lights on the floor sides.

The worst experience I ever had with a company. They sent me a different phone than I asked for and then they returned that phone and give back me the one that I asked. There was complaint in that phone and I asked them to return the phone and refund me. But after two days they informed me that they will return a new phone not the money and all these dramas take more than two weeks. Now I demanded them my money back and they dont want to give me the money but by annoyingly they are asking me to take the phone from me. A very bad customer service indeed. Worst costumer care that I ever deal with. Actually Zero Star....
