Nice villas,all are new townhouses. No rush. Placed at Jumeirah park near by Jumeirah heights. Very few shops are available nearby. Gym facilities available. Swimming pool with kids pool. Nice garden.

You dont feel safe while you are inside, although its a gated community but all the units facing different streets. RP should consider this seriously otherwise they will lose many tenants/owners.Dont look at the appearance, check the materials
