Very bad customer service and company in General . I keep calling for many months for my issues and they respond after few weeks , and no serious or any useful action . It was a big mistake to buy from this developer. Wasting money and time and super bad quality and not taking responsibility to fix.

I think danube being a large company should do quality checks of their projects, their contractors did a bad job with glamz in al furjan where i have a friend living, the podium parking exit is extremely small and would not even let benz e300 drive out smoothly!! I just rented an apartment in miraclz, the same mistake has been made, it’s even worse in miraclz as it’s really small! The miraclz elevator should allow access cards to operate, the idea of only using the mobile app to open the elevator is very dumb as you will be stuck in the parking if your phone battery is low.

Not a good place at all and smells like strong indian food in their waiting area.They get angry when people point out their ratings on google. Instead of employing those who can help them improve, they rather get super intimated. It also doesnt seem like a good place for females as they tend to only offer junior positions and you can sense that there will be no room for growth.

In July 2018, Danube promised to hand over lawnz by Sep 2020, today is 7 Oct 2019, only 11 months left to Sep 2020, now Danube just dig a hole at site, less than 30% of ground base finished. I am wondering Danube has got working permit or not, because there is NO any permit No. on the signboard. Can we still trust Danube ??? Really Disappointed.

As per the contract, they have to handover keys on September 2020, and so far, we already paid 30% of total amount on time, they are still not ready to built, delays again and again, until now (after 1 year and 4months) they just dig a hole and give many many excuses to the buyers that some issues with RTA permits etc.What a shame!My honest advise to you -- Be more careful for your future investment with Danube property.Exactly words to say that DO NOT INVEST anything with Danube.

As an investor i can say there payment plan is good, however below average finishing, dragon mart materials, most of the labour are unskilled handymen, no matter how many times they redo the work they can never produce quality. Basic things like floors, walls and ceilings are not straight.
