Have you visited other community such as Dubai Hill Estate or Akoya Oxygen community? there is a street address for each area and indicative Road signs in case of Humps.They are giving a great interest in coordinating agriculture in the street and not randomly like this community. The nature of agriculture is coordinated and arranged, and the nature of planting and afforestation is chosen in a comfortable and tidy manner, not random and gardens for each region they have.In other community the main entrance for residents have a private automatic entrance, the gate opens, and they do not have to stand, they have an entrance for residents and an entrance for visitors and companies.Have you entered the mosque?Not like other community are built a big mosque for them. Our is a temporary caravan and not built, and the place for ablution is narrow go an see? and why is the place for the toilets is the same for ablution Not separate there are bad smells.In the center of the community It was meant to be as planned a water path , but it has not been done for a years. I suggest to make a sports or for jogging and walking walkway in the middle of the community.I suggest opening a road from Al Barsha South to the complex, it will shorten the time and effort for us, it will be great.Why is there no place on the site for submitting complaints or suggestions? Where can i ?I hope to work and follow up on the proposals effectively.

Great developer amazing villa and apartments for sale and rent

Very poor developer, the progress in their Court Tower in Business Bay is a live example, the project started in 2008 and it is still not completed. Misleading information provided by the developer Tanmiyat, in March 2017 they informed the investors project completion is expected third quarter of 2017, in October 2017 they informed the investors Main Contractor has been terminated from the project. No one knows when the project will be completed. I can see the building from my office and I cannot see any work going on. UAE needs to legislate regulations to hold such bad developers accountable for the losses they are causing to their investors.

No commitment towards the community. Lack of maintenance to landscaping, projects delayed and not progressing, no proper communities gate. It’s in total miss!!

Very slow developer, as well as communication with property owners. Handover delayed by 4years not a single email or message about whats going on.

Nice location and elegant houses

One of the worst developers in Dubai , Very late handovers ( years ) read the contract carefully before buying, basically If they dont handover and have only one worker with a hammer working theyre good , and will pay a fee of 2% after handover which might be after 10 years who knows, bad sales manager who told me once if you open a case in court you will not be able to sell or rent your unit and will take years ( living legends)
