Great sales office for Dubai Properties real estate products. The design is very unique and attractive.Dubai Properties has many real estate projects being built in Dubai - mostly villas and townhouses.All Dubai Properties real estate products are spacious and of good quality.

Poor credibility, inaccurate information about products from employees.I have simply been promised a unit and all the discussion was made regarding this unit.Once the papers have been signed and money deposited I figured out that it was a completely different unit on a different side of the building.I am highly disappointed from that and I believe the company is just trying to rip people off.Don’t be fooled, the company doesn’t care about the customers, they just care about their sales.There is a huge difference between good customer service and good sales process.These people know how to sell but not how to maintain clients needs or keep things sustainable.Make sure if you are buying anything to go through it 10 times for any loop holes.I am really really disappointed and no wonder the company was suffering from real losses. All is due to such handling of customers.I want to mention names, but I won’t lower my names to the level of their doing. Promising something, taking your security deposit and then telling you, sorry the apartment is on the other side of the building and not what you wanted.Not only that but also the information regarding the surrounding of the building was so inaccurate which means, that for the sake of selling anything can be told and promised so don’t believe what you are told and check things on your own.Great disappointment!!

On my recent visit to DP sales office I realized that either they have sold out all their products or they are tired of sales. All the sales people were busy on their phones maybe doing something so important that they never bothered to greet the guests in their Gallery. I wouldnt recommend them on this kind of attitude, if they have so lethargic attitudes now then how will they give after sales services?

I visited over 4 times so far..already booked a villa..Great Staff

Dubai properties does not seem to care about tenants of executive towers. Theyve shut down guest parking for quite a few of the towers. no one visits tenants staying there anymore as they have to pay 20 dirhams per hour to visit friends and family. and those who have disabilities cannot walk the long way from the bay avenue mall parking into the buildings like building b, c and D. sadly, the parking that DP shut is mostly empty in the weekends whereas it can be used for visitors of the tenants or the tenants themselves. this is a very very disappointing action of Dubai Properties that as soon as their units were sold, they started ruining the environment of the buildings for the tenants. and Hiring taziz to manage the executive towers was a majorly bad idea as they have very poor customer service as well as very poor management skills as the facilities are not well maintained or well managed. I am very disappointed and am not surprised of the high turnover of the tenants at executive towers .
