I used to live in one of the buildings they own, they are horrible and they dont have pest control and the are money greedy, they will do anything to take your money

To all the persons who are thinking of renting from them, PLEASE DO NOT. They are the most unprofessional team and are just money hungry sharks who have no empathy or any kind of humanity.If I COULD give no stars i would have to them. I hope this message reaches the team and they return my deposit even after the reduction which i have been asking for the past 3 months now. My next message is to be on social networking platforms like facebook and linkedIn.

The worst real estate agent to rent an apartment from I have been suffering since I moved in and its 3 month AC is not working properly every single house is small breaking apart. If you hear every tenant in this building its all about the AC the maintenance team are the worst empty promise and a lot of lies. The facility manager is very rude and doesnt know how to speak with the elderly. The building in Dubai land residence that building Al Sondos Orchid 26 is the ultimate nightmare I wish I didnt rent this apartment. I suggest others dont come.
