Fantastic views of the marina and gulf.It has the best view of marina and the gulf. Just a walking distance from all the good resturant and beach and everything you ask for. It has an amazing pool and gym with an outstanding view.Very modern and beautiful inside the apartment. Had all the amenities we needed. Wished they had provided dish cleaning liquid etc. Close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Well equipped gym and infinity pool. The pool is great with free use of towels. The lovely beach is within walking distance and has the worlds largest aqua fun inflatable. In July the sea was so warm!

Unique twisted shape design made this building a landmark in area. It has nice view of ocean and Marina. Lighting design at night doesnt suite this luxury building!!!

This is an impressive residential structure, of 75 storey that has a twisting shape at 90 degrees angles, which offers the tenants of each flat, to have stunning views over Arabian Gulf or Dubai Marina. The tower has been recognized by Guiness World Records in 2013 as The Tallest Twisted Tower.

Oh what a beautiful twisted Cayan tower iam totally surprised when I see this tower I like the the colour of the tower its cool, I went to sixth floor of this tower there is coffee shop as well as a small tarrace at sixth floor from there you can see breath taking view of Marina if look at down boats are moving, from tarace you can look the whole tower, so every body should visit this tower once in a life.

Favourite building in Dubai !!!But I heard the apartments are small and not really worth the money. In addition, there is construction around the building which will later block most of the views from the apartment.

Its quiet, nice place to live. Its an upscale place. Its near the Walk. But currently there is lot of constructions going on nearby the hotel which may be annoying if you are going out for a walk. You can easily walk to the marina and catch cruise ships. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is near by walkable distance.

My experience with Cayan Tower has been terrible ever since the new management took over in June 2018 - I regret extending my tenancy and now stuck here.1.The water color is always brown for at least a few minutes every time you use hot water.2.The lifts are out of use/unavailable consistently3.The water pressure is consistently low, sometimes so low you cannot shower4. Constant smell on the floor from garbage shoots5. Overwhelmed FOH staff6. Poor responses from management when flagging issues7. Constant repairs throughout building8. The steam room has not been working for months9. Fire alarms keep sounding10. Sudden surge in short stay tenants11. Reoccuringt leaks or apartments flooded.Perhaps this is just my experience however, I am hearing similar stories from different people. Other than then the above, great pool, gym and views.

The building and the layout is Ok. But the maintance and quality is really bad. Living without hot water over a month. Today they informed because of the pressure of the building I may not have hot water and they just don’t have anything to do.?! Want to leave out asap since paying a fortune and can’t even shower at home. There are much better buildings that are cheaper and better quality and provide you better facility management .

Its quiet, cosy and nice place to live. The building is structured and one of the best architecture in dubai. Skyscrapper’s view are amazing, its a nice view to wake up to. The place is very accessible, you can easily walk to the marina, catch cruise ships and grab or eat in piles of restaurants. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is also near by walkable distance.

I cant wait to leave this building because of this bad management .Elevator , water and electricity seems to be an ongoing problem . Gym air condition is always regularly not working . Worst part is that its not safe at all.Do not make my mistake and live here .

The best building in Dubai Marina, just in the end or Marina Walk and overlooking the Palm. I had rented and apartment there and it is brilliant, the only bad thing if you are a resident is that park slots are very very tight, you cant open both doors!
