They recently brutally deceived my close friend. They took the full payment for the unit from him (2018 construction), and have not given the Title deed for half a year now. And now, at the Dubai Land Department, he learned the truth. This apartment is owned by CEO Azizi in a mortgage. Before that, I wanted to buy several apartments in Azizi, because I like the Riviera project. But after this incident, never! Never! Not a single cent! I dont trust them! Everyone whom they deceived should go to court immediately.

Very Disappointed. It was my first and surely last experience with Azizi Developments. Since day one to handover I have been told lies . From Sales team to the handover team no one told truth. Handover team took 4 months to handover unit after full payment and pity is that Unit was not ready as promised. I Ended up paying mortgage from my own pocket for all these months. Unprofessional and irresponsive experience.
