Absolutely fraud company!Me and few other investors for UK innovator visa are victims of Aqua investments and are waiting for our refund from a year or more, few of us also have received forged endorsement letters from them, and all of us are struggling to take the refund of our application fees.They are not willing to give us back our refund despite not having done anything for what they took the money for.Do not invest your money with them because they are total frauds.We are regularly visiting the Aqua investment office every Monday and Thursday after 11am, so if anyone is facing the same issue feel free to join us.

Got villa rented from them. The landlord doesnt respond for any maintenance issues in the villa, so want to terminate the contract. Im not getting help from agency to end the contract. There is no after service after they take commission.

I had one of the worst property purchase experiences with the real estate broker at Aqua property - Ali Al Hili.He is extremely unprofessional not only he didnt send all signed purchase agreement on time but also provided vital incorrect information on the property.Its honestly a shame that people will go this far to make commission.After I emailed Aqua about his unprofessionalism, he sent intimidating message to me and Aqua never managed to resolve my issues.I think action speaks louder than any advertisement.

I have rented out my apartment thanks to Aqua Properties. Everyone, from the agent, admin staff and the photographer who came to take the photos, were very pleasant and professional. Undoubtedly this is the best real estate company I have dealt with in Dubai.

Very unprofessional. First of all, I have been negotiating with this company to buy 2 apartments via a bank transfer. I had to borrow some money from my relatives in Dubai in order for me to book the apartments. After booking them, I signed the whole contract and I was fully ready to pay. Suddenly, the company asked for triple the price of the apartment, as their initial cost was about $350,000. Aqua real estate has moved the price to above $1,000,000. I mean at first I just laughed on the way they handle their clients. Nevertheless, they were very disrespectful. This demonstrates how unprofessional and how disappointed I am as I was fully ready to move to Dubai from Lebanon and receiving a great opportunity there.

Dont even think about dealing with Asad Ullah. He is the worst real estate agent in Dubai (misleading, lying, promising things he wont do once the contract is signed and the commission is paid). Very unprofessional

Not professional people.... I was given one parking entrance card and when I returned the apartment the lady Farida change the number one to two card to be returned ( photo as proof can be provided)Also the apartment in the greens, all the tiles was coming off and the company took the cheapest quotation and did the work and after one week they have to get another contractor as the work was done badly. And we had to stay in the mess for almost 3 weeks without any compensation from the estate agent.Also please check your contract if you renew as they change contract to please the client, like painting the whole apartment.If you can go through another estate agent please do it for your own benefit.....Worse experience with this estate agent..... would not recommend it to anyone.... and it’s all about money for them.....Please please don’t go through them... there are much better estate agent in Dubai compared to these people from Aqua propertiesattached is a copy to show how professionally they changed the 1 card to 2..........

Aqua clearly dont understand handover processes and therfore we were misinformed . I would recommend you to find another agent or if your looking at a particular area go onto the Facebook page as a lot of landlords now wish to rent directly so no need to pay any agent fee.

Piece of Advice: Stay Away from Aqua PropertiesTerrible developer with very poor quality finishing and horrible after sale service. Having had a 3 years dealing with them as a customer, I really doubt any of the good reviews for this developer are real.

Worst service ever! One of their team (named Juliet) wasn’t helpful at all and and doesn’t seem to have any customer service skills, although I was a very serious potential tenant. She even refused to give me another contact in the company to deal with. She was like I’m the manager of the company!!

We applied for UK innovator visa almost 10 months ago the details are already there on a previous comment from my husband which has a response from the owner promising to resolve the issue by one of their directors Mr.Sid who apparently only asked to remove the comment instead of getting it resolved. They took our money wasted our precious time by selling false dreams to us and i wonder to how many other innocent people. They are not returning our deposit despite they didnt do anything for what they took the money from us. They are just a bunch of liars who will only keep you engaged by telling stories and gain time for nothing. They make you chase them till you get exhausted and stop following them and that is how they are ripping money out of people. Dont fall victim to these cheaters at all. We were not wise enough to check before hand once we checked with OISC they are not registered with them means they are not authorized to carry immigration services for UK and we are already following up our case with the legal authorities

They are taking deposit exactly on time but they are not doing their responsibility on time. Call them?? Don’t even think about that, you will never get any answer. Worse experience I have ever had. Never again.

I contacted this company regarding a property I was interested in. I ended up using a different company for a different property, and stopped my ties to Aqua. Since then I have cable installers, moving companies, and repair people contact me all saying that the agent from Aqua properties gave my number to them!!! Not impressed.

I submitted my case on 22nd of July 2019 for UK innovator visa with the commitment of getting it done within 03 months. It’s about to be 07 months now and all I am getting is bunch of lies. Every time there is a new consultant coming up with a new excuse for not getting it done. Even after this over half an year time when I paid the initial processing fee of AED14490 I stand no where.They will put it on you end of the day for all the delays with their lies for not getting their job done. I am even unable to get refund for my hard earned money so far despite the request was made and a 30 days refund time was promised. They are not even bothered to return your emails/calls or to see you in person as they are too busy in grabbing new business. It’s all HOAX!!!Even after the reply i received on this forum from AQUA nothing has been done to return my money I will post all the conversations and proofs how they cheat and how they behave after they get hold of your money BEWARE

I think this is a cover-up and not a real agency. I called them about a listing and arranged a viewing. Tomorrow, 6pm? Of course, sir, they said on the other end. I was surprised that they didnt take a moment to check the schedule or anything else. Tomorrow, at 6pm I was in the lobby, alone. It dawned on me that I dont even know a phone number of the agent showing me the property. I went back to the ad site and found the number. Unavailable. I found another one - unavailable, too. Third number, on the website of the agency was finally working. Warm voice welcomed me to Aqua properties, I sighed in relief and explained that I have a viewing scheduled with them. Before I asked a question, they hang up, and apparently blocked my number, because I was unable to get through again. So I had to leave empty-handed.TL;DR: they are happy to arrange a viewing, but ignore and block you once youre there.

Rented an apartment from Aqua Properties, i did not get the signed Agreement + Ejari contract from them in-spite of paying the entire rent in one go. They are just time-wasters. We made an appointment with their agent for appartment viewing and had to wait for one hour. After 20 minutes of the appointed time we gave a call to the agent and he promised to come soon. Nobody came in the next 40 minutes.The agent just stopped to pick up the phone. We wasted our money for parking and two hours of our time including driving to the meeting point and back home.

Their agents need to learn the basic customer approach and good behavior. No support after cheques hand-in, no support regarding interface between tenant and landlord.

We suspect Aqua also withheld material information about financial problems of the developer and breached a number of other UAE laws.
