Wasim Dar of AAJ engages in pressure sales tactics and even keeps pushing potential buyers to drink alcohol and smoke Shisha. He claims to be affiliated with Emaar and flashes some bogus “Emaar Platinum Agent” Card. He cannot even pronounce platinum and says it as “Platineeeum”. Uneducated thug who acts like a tout, hanging around Emaar show offices pretending to work at Emaar when he is working for AAJ and taking a cut. Shabby tactics and ruining the image of Emaar. Offering alcohol? Wasim is unprofessional and unethical. Do not get taken in by these thugs.

Agency that facilitates scam offers. Asked for cash instead of regular cheque payments (not permitted by UAE law). Not all agents have RERA licenses. Fishy business.
